اثر خلق دانش بر قابلیت‌های شناختی، عملکرد و عدم قطعیت با تاکید بر نقش تعدیل‌کننده سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری منطقی و شهودی

طی سال‌های اخیر موضوع تصمیم‌گیری و قابلیت‌های روانشناختی مورد توجه بسیاری از پژوهشگران قرار گرفته است. دیدگاه اجتماعی-شناختی به عنوان یک زاویه نظری منحصر به فرد برای درک بهتر پردازش اطلاعات انسانی در گروه‌ها را ارائه می‌دهد. این دیدگاه پیشنهاد می‌کند که یادگیری شامل تعهدات مختلف پردازش اطلاعات است که شامل تهیه اطلاعات، ساخت، انتقال، ذخیره‌سازی و بازیابی دانش می‌باشد. لذا بر پایه این استدلال، پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری به بررسی تاثیر خلق دانش بر ‌قابلیت‌های شناختی، عملکرد و عدم قطعیت و مطالعه اثر تعدیل‌کنندگی سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری منطقی و شهودی بر این رابطه می‌پردازد. بدین منظور، برای سنجش متغیرهای حاضر از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که  خلق دانش بر قابلیت‌های شناختی، عملکرد مالی تاثیرگذار است. همچنین، نتایج بیانگر تاثیر منفی خلق دانش بر عدم قطعیت سازمان می‌باشد. در نهایت سبک‌های تصمیم‌گیری منطقی و شهودی باعث تعدیل تاثیر خلق دانش بر قابلیت‌های شناختی، عملکرد مالی می‌شود.

the effect of knowledge creation on cognitive capabilities, performance and uncertainty with emphasis on the moderating role of logical and intuitive decision making styles

in recent years, the issue of decision-making and psychological capabilities has attracted the attention of many researchers. it presents the socio-cognitive perspective as a unique theoretical angle to better understand human information processing in groups. this view suggests that learning involves various information processing tasks that include information acquisition, construction, transfer, storage and retrieval of knowledge. therefore, based on this argument, the current research examines the impact of knowledge creation on cognitive abilities, performance and uncertainty by using the structural equation modeling approach and studies the moderating effect of logical and intuitive decision-making styles on this relationship. for this purpose, a standard questionnaire was used to measure the current variables. the findings of the research show that knowledge creation has an impact on cognitive abilities and financial performance. also, the results show the negative impact of knowledge creation on organizational uncertainty. finally, logical and intuitive decision-making styles moderate the effect of knowledge creation on cognitive capabilities and financial performance.
