رتبه بندی مولفه های معیارهای حسابرسی عملکرد در توسعه پایدار زنجیره تامین بخش معدن

مطابق مقاله کیانی و همکاران (1400)، تعداد 53 مولفه‌ حسابرسی ‌عملکرد‌ در‌ توسعه ‌پایدار ‌زنجیره‌ تامین‌بخش‌معدن‌ شناسایی شده است، از آنجاییکه حسابرسی عملکرد ارزیابی مستقل، هدفمند و قابل اتکای مولفه ها (تعهدات، سامانه ها، عملیات، برنامه ها، فعالیتها یا دستگاه های اجرایی) از نظر انطباق با معیارهای صرفه اقتصادی، کارایی و اثربخشی و ارائه پیشنهاد با هدف پیشرفت و توسعه است، با توجه به محدودیت منابع در مساله تخصیص، تحقیق حاضر بر آن است که اهمیت و وزن هر مولفه را از بین مولفه های استخراج شده بنا به تاثیر بر هر یک از معیارهای حسابرسی بررسی نماید. هدف این تحقیق، رتبه بندی مولفه های معیارهای حسابرسی عملکرد در توسعه پایدار زنجیره تامین بخش معدن، جهت حاکمیت توام با پاسخگویی و شفافیت می باشد، برای رتبه بندی مولفه های لازم از دو روش دلفی و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی با کمک متخصصان حوزه معدن و صنایع معدنی با سابقه بالای 25 سال و روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی و غیرتصادفی در قلمرو زمانی 1400 استفاده شده است، مطابق نتایج تحقیق اهمیت 5 گروه مولفه موثر بر توسعه پایدار در زنجیره تامین بخش معدن در سه معیار صرفه اقتصادی، کارایی و اثربخشی مشخص و مدل تحقیق تدوین گردید. طبق نتایج مولفه بکارگیری و جذب نیروی های انسانی فنی، کارا و متخصص دارای بالاترین رتبه اثرگذار بر معیار اثربخشی و مولفه جانشین پروری و انتقال تجربه به پرسنل جدید دارای بالاترین رتبه اثرگذار بر معیار کارایی و مولفه تمرکز بر تصمیمات مدیریت حرفه ای دارای بالاترین رتبه اثر بر معیار صرفه اقتصادی می باشند.
