طراحی مدل ارزیابی عملکرد نظام ذیحسابی کشور

هر سازمانی برای داشتن عملکرد مناسب و کسب نتایج مورد انتظار باید برنامه ای مدون داشته باشد و نیل به اهداف بدون داشتن برنامه مشخص غیر ممکن و بسیار هزینه بر و زمان بر است.یکی از ارکان اصلی برنامه های سازمانی ارزیابی عملکرد است، در تحقیق پیش رو برای طراحی مدل ارزیابی عملکرد نظام ذی حسابی کشور با استفاده از رویکرد تحقیق کمی مدلی طراحی شده است که برای انجام تحقیق جامعه آماری مورد نظر شامل خبرگان حوزه ارزیابی عملکرد و روسای دستگاه های اجرایی در زمینه نظارت بر کار ذی حسابان در حوزه نظام ذی حسابی کشور(وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی) می باشد .تعداد نمونه آماری در مرحله دلفی با استفاده از نمونه گیری گلوله برفی 12 نفر تعیین شده است و برای ارزیابی نتایج حاصل از روش دلفی فازی استفاده شده است و در مرحله کمی با استفاده از روش سرشماری 137 نفر از کارشناسان حوزه نظام ذی حسابی کشور(وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی) انتخاب شده اند که با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمع آوری شده است و با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی و تکنیک حداقل مربعات جزئی و نرم افزار smart pls تجزیه و تحلیل صورت گرفته است که در پایان پس از تعیین مقولات، طبقات کلی مدل عملکرد نظام ذی حسابی در قالب 3 بخش ارزیابی عملکرد، عوامل مداخله گر و عملکرد نظام ذیحسابی مورد شناسایی قرار گرفتند و مدل مد نظر طراحی و تایید شد.

At the end, after determining the categories, the general classes The performance model of the accounting system was identified in the form of 3 sections of performance evaluation, intervening factors and performance of the accounting system and the model was designed.
