تحلیل ادلّه ی مشروعیت توافق با کفار مستکبر غیر حربی

جهان معاصر به مثابه دهکده کوچک جهانی می باشدو بلاد مسلمانان مستثنی از آن دهکده نیست از آنجایی که غالب قدرت، ثروت، تکنولوژی در اختیار دولتهای غیر مسلمان و مستکبر است از این رو ضرورت ارتباط با کفار مستکبر غیر حربی در مسائل مختلف از جمله مسائل سیاسی، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و فرهنگی نمایان و احساس می شود روش تحقیق در این مقاله به صورت تحلیلی، کیفی و روش مطالعه کتابخانه ای است که با مراجعه به آیات، روایات و اقوال فقها بدست آمد سوالاتی که در این پژوهش مورد بررسی قرار می گیرد اینست که آیا ادله ای بر مشروعیت توافق با کفار مستکبر غیر حربی وجود دارد؟ و اگر وجود دارد آن ادلّه ی فقهی چیست؟ برآیند حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می دهد که تعامل و توافق با کفار مستکبر و مستضعفی که سرجنگ با مسلمانان ندارند با رعایت اصولی، همچون اصل نفی سبیل، و چند اصل دیگر خصوصاً سه اصل عزت،حکمت و مصلحت ، مجاز است. و حاکمان اسلامی می توانند با مستکبران و مستضعفان غیر حربی، توافق نمایند.

Analysis of the arguments for the legitimacy of the agreement with the arrogant nonmilitary infidels

The contemporary world is a small global village and the Muslim world is no exception to that village, since most of the power, wealth, technology is in the hands of nonMuslim and arrogant governments. , Social, economic and cultural are visible and felt. The method of research in this article is analytical, qualitative and library study, which was obtained by referring to the verses, hadiths and sayings of jurists. The questions that are examined in this research are: Is there any reason for the legitimacy of the agreement with the arrogant nonmilitary infidels? And if so, what are its jurisprudential arguments? The result of this research shows that interaction and agreement with arrogant and weak infidels who do not fight with Muslims is permissible by observing principles such as the principle of denying the mustache, and several other principles, especially the three principles of dignity, wisdom and expediency. And Islamic rulers can agree with the arrogant and the nonmilitary oppressed
