بازخوانی ، نقد وتطبیق ادله وجوب خمس از دیدگاه آیت الله خوئی(ره)

خمس از جمله واجباتی است که به صورت اجماعی مورد اتفاق نظر امامیه و عامه قرار گرفته است. لیکن در مفهوم غنیمت دیدگاه‌های متفاوتی اتخاذ شده است برخی قائل به تفسیر مضییق از واژه غنیمت بوده و تنها غنائم جنگی را ملاک قرار می دهند که از آن جمله ،آیت الله خوئی دارای این دیدگاه هستند و برخی قائل به تفسیر موسع در معنای واژه مذکور شده ازجمله صاحب جواهر و محمدکاظم طباطبایی در مستمسک العروه و آیت الله همدانی(ره) همه، غنائم را اعم از منافع حاصل از جنگ و غیر آن می‌دانند و تفسیر جدیدی که صبغه معرفتی در آن غالب است از جنگ شده است که مطلق جنگ خارجی و درونی را شامل می‌شود که در این پژوهشی مبانی استدلالی و مستندات هر دو گروه بر مبنای فهم و تفسیر آیات و روایات مورد بررسی قرارگرفته و تحلیل می‌گردد و سبب اختلاف و چالش پیرامون مفهوم غنیمت موردنقد و واکاوی قرار خواهد گرفت.

The basis for understanding and interpreting verses and hadiths is examined and analyzed.And the cause of disagreement and challenges about the concept of booty will be Reviewed and explored.
