   the possibility of universal proof of god

چکیده    In the tradition of islamic philosophy and theology, it is assumed that all proofs of god are universal. our first question is whether the universality of these arguments is defensible. our second question is whether it is possible to have a universal proof of god. to solve this problem, we first select one of the strongest arguments, namely the argument of possibility and necessity, and then show that the conceptual and judgmental foundations of this argument are true based on a specific paradigm. as a result, the scope of this argument is equal to the scope of its paradigm. for example, in the two paradigm of peripatetic and transcendent wisdom, this argument has used concepts of existence, nature, possibility and necessity as conceptual foundations and from the propositions existence and nature are separable in the mind ,what has an effect on the outside is existence, not nature and a possible being needs an obligatory being as judgmental principles. it is possible to assume a possible world whose objects in the minds of the people of that world are not analyzed for existence and nature, and if they are analyzed, then existence is not original without reaching a contradiction. also, there were and are philosophies in the old and new that have not used these concepts. therefore, it can be concluded that this argument and similar arguments are not universal. in answer to the second question, we can say that it is possible to approach a universal argument. for example, the argument of the truthful with the narration of allameh tabatabai does not need these conceptual and judgmental foundations in the argument of possibility and necessity or other proofs of proving god. prior to this argument, god was first defined as the absolute reality. this argument says that if there is no absolute reality then this proposition is also incorrect. that is, it is a self-defeating proposition. the conceptual foundations used in it are absolute reality, self-breaking and negation or non-existence, which are broad concepts in all philosophical schools. its affirmative principles are the principle of non-contradiction and the principle of the existence of absolute reality the first principle is accepted in most philosophical schools. the second principle is also acceptable in all philosophical schools that oppose absolute or universal skepticism. the main purpose of this article is to show the limitations of a paradigm in philosophy and thus pay attention to the need to eliminate dogmatism and open the mind to accept other philosophical schools or to create a new philosophical school. its secondary purpose is to draw the audience's attention to allameh tabatabai's argument and the extent of its acceptance. all the content of peripatetic and transcendent wisdom is in the theoretical framework of the distinction of existence from nature. this argument of allameh tabatabai can be considered as the first attempt to get out of this framework
