چکیده    The belief in miracles is a religious issue that has equally occupied theological scholars and philosophers, in the medieval period. what is noticeable here is the sufficiency of the writers to affirm that miracles are evidences to prophethood, whereas philosophers have focused their studies on its structure and nature. and in this context, avicenna is credited the clarification of the philosophical approach to the problem of the relationship of miracles to faith. the sheikh endeavored to explain the reasons behind the occurrence of miracles, in a specific letter containing a statement about the issue of miracles and god-given power. he also referred to these matters elsewhere in his books.so what is the significance of what avicenna wrote in this regard?within this work, we seek to explain the ways in which avicenna used mental evidence in the interpretation of the occurrence of miracles and miraculous laws of nature, and, particularly, we will try to explain how he addresses a relationship between miracles and his visions about the experience of faith. do the psychological and natural premises that the sheikh adopted in explaining miracles reveal the truth of faith? and how can we read it in his entiremetaphysical belief of religion?these are some of the issues that we will come upon in our study, in order to explain and clarify the nature of the avicennan attitude about faith.
