موانع، چالش‌ها و اقدامات موثر در توسعه فضای سبز شهری (مطالعه موردی: رشت)

فضای سبز نقش مهمی در پایداری زندگی شهری داشته و با کاهش آلودگی هوا و آلودگی صوتی، بهبود شرایط اقلیمی در شهر، تاثیر مثبت بر چرخه آب در محیط زیست شهری موجبات زندگی بهتر در شهر را فراهم می‌آورد. پارک‌های شهری به عنوان بخشی از فضاهای عمومی شهرها در کنار نقش کارکردی خود باعث افزایش اجتماع‌پذیری افراد می‌شوند و با گسترش فیزیکی و پویاتر کردن آنها نیازهای مردم برای گذراندن اوقات فراغت و تفریح را برآورده می‌سازند. اما چنانچه هنگام برنامه‌ریزی برای احداث پارک‌ها و فضاهای سبز توجه به ویژگی‌های خاص اجتماعی و زیست محیطی نگردد، با انتخاب مکان نادرست و طراحی نامناسب، سیستم آبیاری نامناسب و ضعیف، استفاده از گیاهان غیربومی، عدم کنترل علف‌های هرز و عدم شناخت و آموزش‌های لازم شهروندان منجر به نابودی و عدم تعادل در اکوسیستم موجود و نهایتاً عدم توسعه فضای سبز خواهد شد. در این مقاله با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای سعی در بررسی چالش‌ها، موانع و نارسایی‌های موجود در توسعه فضای سبز و همچنین ارائه راهکارهای عملی و اقدامات موثر جهت توسعه فضای سبز و یا حداقل کاهش موانع موجود در شهر رشت هستیم. بدین منظور ابتدا راهبردهای توسعه فضای سبز در شهر رشت ارائه می‌شود و سپس به بررسی موانع، چالش‌های پیش رو و راهکارهایی در جهت توسعه فضای سبز پرداخته می‌شود. نتیجه اینکه مدیریت شهر می‌تواند با استفاده حداکثری از فرصت‌ها و منابع موجود به گسترش فضای سبز در شهر رشت که از لحاظ اقلیمی بسیار مناسب می‌باشد، دست یازد.

Obstacles, Challenges and Effective Measures in Urban Green Space Development (Case Study: Rasht)

Green space has an important role in the sustainability of urban life and by reducing air pollution and noise pollution, improving the climatic conditions in the city, a positive impact on the water cycle in the urban environment provides a better life in the city. Urban parks, as part of the public spaces of cities, in addition to their functional role, increase the sociability of people and by physically expanding and making them more dynamic, they meet the needs of people for leisure and recreation. But if when planning for the construction of parks and green spaces, special social and environmental features are not taken into account, by choosing the wrong place and improper design, improper and poor irrigation system, use of non-native plants, lack of weed control and lack of knowledge and necessary education of citizens It will lead to destruction and imbalance in the existing ecosystem and ultimately to the underdevelopment of green space. In this article, using library studies, we try to examine the challenges, obstacles and shortcomings in the development of green space, as well as provide practical solutions and effective measures to develop green space or at least reduce the existing obstacles in the city of Rasht. For this purpose, first, green space development strategies in the city of Rasht are presented and then the obstacles, challenges and solutions for the development of green space are examined. The result is that the city management can use the available opportunities and resources to the maximum to expand the green space in the city of Rasht, which is very suitable in terms of climate.
