نقش زیست‌فناوری در دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار

توسعه پایدار به‌عنوان یک برنامه عملی، حاصل مشارکت همه نخبگان جهانی هست. خواستگاه توسعه پایدار، حفاظت از حیات بشر و پایداری منابع طبیعی برای نسل حاضر و نسل‌های آتی بوده و در تلاش است تا بحران‌های کنونی و پیش رو را مدیریت و کنترل نماید. درعین‌حال، واقعیت جهان حاضر این است که بدون دستیابی به سطوح فناوری، هرگز قادر به دستیابی به توسعه پایدار نخواهیم بود چراکه فناوری شاه‌کلید توسعه پایدار است. توسعه پایدار در شرایط فعلی جهان بدون دستیابی به فناوری‌های پیشرفته امکان‌پذیر نمی‌باشد. یکی از این فناوری‌ها، زیست‌فناوری (بیوتکنولوژی) است که می‌تواند باعث ایجاد تغییرات بالقوه و چشمگیری در اصلاح و بهبود جوامع از نظر اقتصادی، فرهنگی، اجتماعی، بهداشتی، پزشکی، محیط‌زیستی و تولید محصولات مقاوم‌تر و سازگارتر شود. این تحقیق به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و با هدف بررسی نقش زیست‌فناوری در دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار انجام گرفته است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که زیست‌فناوری به‌عنوان یک ابزاری علمی و عملی می‌تواند در جهت رفاه بشر بکار گرفته شود و همانند همه فناوری‌ها، ملاحظات احتمالی آن نیز مدیریت گردد. به‌طورکلی زیست‌فناوری، رویکرد بازگشت به طبیعت بوده تا بشر با شیوه‌های علمی نوین و ایجاد تغییرات و اصلاحات ساختاری در سطح ژنی و سلولی بتواند سرعت سازگاری خود با طبیعت و جهان آفاق را افزایش دهد. در این مطالعه تلاش شده با بررسی نقش زیست‌فناوری در دستیابی به اهداف توسعه پایدار جهانی، فرصت‌های به‌کارگیری آن را تبیین نماییم.

The role of biotechnology in achieving sustainable development goals

Sustainable development as a practical program is the result of the participation of all global elites. The goal of sustainable development is the protection of human life and the sustainability of natural resources for present and future generations and seeks to manage and control current and future crises. At the same time, the reality of the present world is that without access to technology levels, we will never be able to achieve sustainable development because technology is the key to sustainable development. Sustainable development in the current world conditions is not possible without access to advanced technologies. One of these technologies is biotechnology, which can lead to potential and significant changes in the reform and improvement of societies in terms of economic, cultural, social, health, medical, environmental and production of more resilient and adaptable products. This research has been conducted as a library with the aim of investigating the role of biotechnology in achieving the goals of sustainable development. The results show that biotechnology as a scientific and practical tool can be used for human welfare and, like all technologies, its possible considerations can be managed. In general, biotechnology is the approach of returning to nature so that human beings can increase the speed of their adaptation to nature and the world of horizons with new scientific methods and structural changes and modifications at the genetic and cellular level. In this study, we try to explain the opportunities of using biotechnology in achieving the goals of global sustainable development.
