چکیده
|
Earthquake prediction is an important and complex task in worldwide. to this end, in this paper, we use characteristic curve method for geomagnetic data processing to enhance the performance of earthquake prediction. the presence of anomalies in geomagnetic data is one of the earthquake predictions. recent reports suggest that large magnetic field changes occur prior to earthquakes. our results indicate that the magnetic field decreases in the stations close to the epicenter of the 11 november 2016 mw=6.1 japan earthquake on 10 november 2016. thus, according to our findings, geomagnetic anomalies can be used as an earthquake prediction.
