چکیده
|
In this paper, an integrated integer model has been developed for blocks relocation problem and allocating containers to berth. the purpose is to minimize the cost of containers transportation to the final destination due to their discharge time from the berth, which is usually a cargo ship or container train. the blocks are in the same size and, according to the lifo law, will be retrieved in a predetermined order, and transferred to the vessel. the difference between the proposed problem and the existing problems is that the container allocation to the ship was applied during retrieval. so, the container is moved to the location where the ship berths and there is no additional freight cost between ports. the problem is investigated at multi-block level. this problem is closer to assumptions in reality, so the answers are more applicable. it is applicable in marine container shipping and other industries that the goods in the warehouse are placed in stacks and on top of each other. examples of various sizes are solved using gams software and gurobi solver. the results are examined and show improved solutions (cost reduction) while considering the target port.
