چکیده    This paper presents a multi-period inventory-routing-inventory problem for two levels of supply chain under random scenarios. in order to bring the problem closer to the real world, various parameters including the cost of deployment of the warehouse, the holding cost, the cost of vehicles and the cost of routing are considered in three scenarios. this problem is naturally np-hard, so we used the genetic algorithm to solve the proposed model. in order to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed model and the genetic algorithm, several numerical examples are solved and the solutions obtained are compared with the obtained solutions from cplex. also, sensitivity analysis of the objective function to different parameters was used to investigate the performance of the genetic algorithm and to examine the behavior of the objective function.
