Human resource management is among the most important issues of supply chain management. however, in today’s rivalry world, the supply chains should be flexible enough to adopt with the changes of markets. in this regard, designers and executive engineers plays key role in responding market needs. this will have effects on supply chain system reconfiguring accordingly. the purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of individual and social harmful factors on creativity inaction period in supply chains. the subjects consisted of 362 experts in supply chains using clustering sampling. for this purpose, two questionnaires are designed based on mood and felling questionnaire (mfq). the reliability showed that cronbach's alphas were 0.953 and 0.797 for individual and social questionnaires, respectively. results show that the harmful individual and social factors impose negative effects on individual employees that causes different inaction periods named, short-term period, long-term period and organizational death of individual creativity inaction.
