چکیده    This study investigates both internal and external effects of defective production and delivery from imperfect production and inspection processes in a stable production and inventory system, and subsequent defective returns and dispositions. we first develop profit maximizing imperfect-quality inventory models for sampling inspection. the aim of this research is to determine the optimal lot size of each product with respect to warehouse space and budget constraints. the proposed model as a nonlinear programming problem (minlp) is solved using the gams software and two meta-heuristic algorithms called genetic algorithm (ga) and invasive optimization algorithm (iwo). at the end, various numeric problems are solved and results are compared statistically. moreover, in order to rank the algorithms, a decision making method called topsis is used.
