Interruption in supply chain have severe impacts on performances of companies. several reasons have been identified for disruptions as: machine breakdowns, material shortages, natural disasters, and labor strikes . in this paper we present a single-period model of inventory control to find trade of between the inventory policies and disruption risk in a multi objective supply chain network. the demand of the period (cycle) has been considered stochastic, which means some of the demands that are more than the available inventory becomes as the combination of back order and lost sale, and extra amounts of back orders will be considered as lost sales. in this model, the warehouse will be calculated as a decision variable to determine the best value for warehousing to reduce extra costs for supply chain by using de novo programming or revised programming. when the supply chain encounter disruptions, the fill rate and service level will undergo some changes, so we introduce a multi objective problem that minimize storage fees and maximize profit and fill rate simultaneously. by using a numerical example we investigate our proposed model to determine the optimal amounts of order and storage space. finally we use a mcdm (multiple criteria decision making) method to find the best order amount and storage spaces.
