چکیده    Prompt and timely service in disaster is of paramount importance; facilities locating with high-reliability considers potential problems and seeks solutions. this study presents a bi-objective model for identifying and assigning humanitarian logistics support facilities in times of disaster. it pursues two goals; minimizing total costs and maximizing reliability. in this model, the probability of disruption in facilities and routes have been considered, and secondary support facilities have been identified for the assignment of demand points at these times. stochastic programming (scenario-based) is also used to consider uncertainty in demand and the probability of disruption of routes and warehouses in disaster situations. because there are different needs in times of disasters (water, food, medicine, and etc.), the proposed model is multi-commodity. a numerical example is used to illustrate the efficiency of the model; the results show that the proposed model is efficient and highly reliable and can simultaneously meet demand and cover uncertainties.
