چکیده    The most important aim in humanity relief problems is the minimization of response time or in other words, reducing the rate of casualty in disasters. if paths do not have an appropriate situation for transferring relief items to the disaster areas, response time and number of casualty will be increased. so airborne vehicles like helicopters are used for the transfer of equipment to the disaster areas to build “field hospital”. most of the injured people are rescued by this strategy, due to humanitarian operation is independent of paths’ situation and time is saved. each path is assigned a weight for illustrating priority and humanitarian operation starts its operation from the highest priority. in this study, the innovation of airborne vehicles is evaluated to show the efficiency of it in humanitarian operation. all in all, the paper shows that this innovation is really effective and reduces the response time to extend possible, so the rate of casualty could be decreased.
