نقش توانمندسازی در تبیین توسعه پایدار (موردمطالعه: دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه تهران)

توسعه پایدار جریانی پیچیده و چندبعدی بوده و دربرگیرنده عرصه های زیست‌محیطی، اقتصادی، اجتماعی و سیاسی است، به‌نحوی‌که این ابعاد با یکدیگر در تعامل و ارتباط متقابل هستند. عوامل متعددی در فراگرد توسعه پایدار نقش‌آفرینی کرده و قادرند جریان توسعه را تحت تاثیر قرار داده، دستیابی به آن را تسهیل و تسریع نمایند. اعتقاد بر این است که توانمندسازی جامعه ازجمله محورهای اصلی توسعه پایدار به‌شمار می‌روند. ازاین‌رو، تحقیق حاضر درصدد ارزیابی و تحلیل اثرات توانمندسازی اعضاء جامعه بر تسهیل در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار است. این پژوهش ازنظر استراتژی، مطالعه موردی، ازنظر فلسفه، اثبات‌گرا و ازنظر رویکرد، تبیینی (علتمعلولی) است. مدل عملیاتی پژوهش بر اساس مطالعات پیشین در داخل و خارج از کشور بنا شده است. داده های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری و با استفاده از تحلیل همبستگی و مدل معادلات ساختاری، با به‌کارگیری نرم افزارهایspss و lisrel آزمون شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل 17853 نفر از دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه تهران است که در سال 1397 در این دانشگاه مشغول به تحصیل بوده اند. به‌منظور گردآوری داده ها، از روش نمونه گیری طبقه ای نسبی، از 450 دانشجوی تحصیلات تکمیلی نظرسنجی به‌عمل آمد است. بر مبنای تجزیه‌وتحلیل مسیر انجام شده، مشخص شد که توانمندسازی اعضاء جامعه از منظر اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، سیاسی و روانشناختی در دستیابی به توسعه پایدار از جنبه‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و زیست‌محیطی نقش‌آفرینی می‌کند. 

The role of empowerment in explaining sustainable development(Case study: Graduate students of Tehran University)

Sustainable development is a complex and multidimensional process and includes environmental, economic, social and political areas, so that these dimensions interact with each other. Numerous factors map the process of sustainable development and are able to influence the flow of development, facilitate and accelerate its achievement. It is believed that community empowerment is one of the main axes of sustainable development. Therefore, the present study seeks to evaluate and analyze the effects of empowering community members on facilitating the achievement of sustainable development. This research is strategic in terms of case study, in terms of philosophy, positivist and in terms of approach, explanatory (causeeffect). . The operational model of the research is based on previous studies at home and abroad. Research data were collected through a questionnaire and tested using correlation analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS and LISREL software. The statistical population of the study includes 17853 graduate students of the University of Tehran who were studying in this university in 1397. In order to collect data, 450 graduate students were surveyed by relative class sampling method. Based on the analysis of the path, it was found that empowering members of society from an economic, social, cultural, political and psychological perspective plays a role in achieving sustainable development in economic, social, political and environmental aspects.
