بررسی چالش‌های راهیابی بازیکنان رده‌های پایه استان سمنان به تیم‌های ملی فوتبال

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی چالش‌های راهیابی بازیکنان رده‌های پایه استان سمنان به تیم‌های ملی فوتبال بود. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به صورت میدانی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه مدیران و مربیان شاغل در تیم‌های رده‌های مختلف سنی فوتبال استان فوتبال که تعداد آن‌ها حدود 100 نفر بود و نمونه آماری نیز برابر جامعه در نظر گرفته شد. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که شامل 4 مولفه مدیریتی، مالی، فنی و تحقیقاتی بود. روایی پرسشنامه به تایید 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی آن 86/0 به‌دست آمد که نشان‌دهنده پایایی بالای پرسشنامه مورد استفاده بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از روش‌های آماری میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرونوف ((k–s، آزمون رتبه‌ای فریدمن و آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای با کمک نرم افزار spss نسخه 25 انجام گرفت. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد، مولفه‌های مدیریتی، مالی، فنی و تحقیقاتی نقش مثبتی در چالش‌های راهیابی بازیکنان رده‌های پایه استان اصفهان به تیم‌های ملی فوتبال دارند؛ بنابر این لازم است باشگاه‌های ورزشی کشور با هیئت‌های فوتبال، مدارس، ادرات تربیت بدنی، مدیران و مربیان ورزش همکاری نزدیکی داشته و به تیم‌های پایه فوتبال توجه ویژه داشته باشند.مقدمهوجود هزاران بازیکن و میلیون‌ها طرفدار فوتبال در سراسر جهان بیانگر این موضوع است که فوتبال نقش مهم و ویژه‌ای در زندگی فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشورها و مردم بازی می‌کند (بیکرو همکاران، 2018). امروزه فوتبال با توجه به نقش ویژه ورزش به عنوان محبوب‌ترین و پرطرفدارترین ورزش که آن را به یک پدیده سیاسی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی تبدیل کرده و به بخشی جدایی‌ناپذیر از زندگی افرادی زیادی در جهان تبدیل شده است و از آن با نام صنعت فوتبال نام برده می‌شود (پوینده‌کیا و همکاران، 1399). بنابراین کسب اطمینان از اینکه توسعه فوتبال بر پایه‌ای منظم و سازمان یافته است، یک پیش شرط کلیدی برای مشارکت گسترده در فوتبال و نویدی برای توسعه پایدار فوتبال جوانان می‌باشد. به نظر می‌رسد با توجه به اینکه علم روز به روز در حال توسعه و گسترش در سطح جهان است، بنابراین برای توسعه ورزش نیز باید از علم استفاده شود. آکادمی‌های فوتبال و مدارس تخصصی فوتبال جایی هستند که می‌توان از مربیان متخصص و با علم در زمینه ورزش فوتبال استفاده کرد تا به توسعه علمی این ورزش در سطح جهان کمک کرده و زمینه لازم را برای برنامه‌ریزی و توسعه فوتبال در سطح استان بکار برد؛ بنابر این در تحقیق حاضر محقق درصد پاسخ به این سوال است که چالش‌های راهیابی بازیکنان رده‌های پایه استان سمنان به تیم‌های ملی فوتبال چگونه است؟ ابزار پژوهشروش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود و جمع‌آوری اطلاعات به صورت میدانی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران سابق و فعلی هیات فوتبال سمنان و کلیه مربیان شاغل درتیم‌های رده‌های مختلف سنی فوتبال استان، پیشکسوتان و محققان عرصه فوتبال که تعداد آن‌ها حدود 100 نفر بود و نمونه آماری نیز برابر جامعه در نظر گرفته شد. پرسشنامه‌های تحقیق به صورت حضوری و از طریق شبکه‌های مجازی از جمله واتساپ و تلگرام در اختیار نمونه‌های آماری قرار گرفت. ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل چهار مولفه مدیریتی (سوال 17)، مولفه مالی (سوال 815)، مولفه فنی (سوال 1524) و مولفه تحقیقاتی (سوال 2530) بود که سوالات پرسشنامه بر اساس طیف پنج ارزشی لیکرت ارزش‌گذاری شد. روایی پرسشنامه به تایید 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی آن 88/0 به دست آمد که نشان دهنده پایایی بالای پرسشنامه مورد استفاده بود. از روش‌های آمار توصیفی برای تعیین میانگین، انحراف استاندارد، فراوانی‌ها، درصدها استفاده شد و از روش‌های آمار استنباطی شامل آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرونوف (k–s) برای تشخیص نرمال بودن داده‌ها‌، از آزمون رتبه‌ای فریدمن برای اولویت‌بندی متغیرهای تحقیق و از آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای برای مقایسه میانگین استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار spss نسخه 25 استفاده شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌هانتایج آزمون تی تک نمونه‌ای نشان داد که مولفه‌های‌ چالش‌های راهیابی بازیکنان استان سمنان به تیم ملی فوتبال در رده‌های پایه نقش مثبتی دارد. جدول زیر نتایج این آزمون نشان می‌دهد:به منظور رتبه‌بندی چالش‌های راهیابی بازیکنان رده‌های پایه استان سمنان به تیم‌های ملی فوتبال در از آزمون رتبه‌ای فریدمن استفاده شد. جدول شماره (2) نتایج این آزمون نشان می‌دهد: نتایج آزمون رتبه‌ای فریدمن نشان داد که به ترتیب مولفه‌های مدیریتی، فنی، مالی و تحقیقاتی با توجه به میانگین رتبه‌ای هر کدام رتبه بالاتری به عنوان چالش‌های راهیابی بازیکنان استان سمنان به تیم‌های ملی فوتبال در رده‌های پایه دارند. نتیجه‌گیریبه‌طور کلی نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که مولفه‌های مدیریتی، فنی، مالی و تحقیقاتی نقش مثبتی در چالش‌های راهیابی بازیکنان رده‌های پایه استان سمنان به تیم‌های ملی فوتبال دارند. یکی از ضرورت‌های توسعه باشگاه‌های فوتبال کشور توجه به تیم‌های پایه می‌باشد. فراگیر شدن ورزش و اهمیت جایگاه آن در مناسبات بین‌المللی، توجه فراوانی را از ناحیه دولت‌ها متوجه این پدیده ساخته است. موفقیت کشورها در میادین بین‌المللی ورزشی علاوه بر تاثیرات اجتماعی و اقتصادی، نمادی از ثبات و توانمندی‌های همه جانبه آن کشورها محسوب می‌شود و یکی از علل سرمایه‌گذاری بالای کشورها در ورزش قهرمانی و حرفه‌ای است. مدارس فوتبال در سراسر دنیا به عنوان پایگاهی برای شناخت استعدادهای این رشته و معرفی آن‌ها به فوتبال در رده پایه فعالیت می‌کنند، اما در کشور ما با توجه به علاقه کودکان و نوجوانان به این رشته و تمایل خانواده‌ها برای ورود فرزندانشان به ورزش فوتبال مدارسی جهت آموزش پایه فوتبال راه‌اندازی شده که بیش‌تر اهداف اقتصادی خود را دنبال می‌کنند. همچنین با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده الزامی بودن امکانات سخت‌افزاری تعیین شده توسط آیین‌نامه فدراسیون، امکانات نرم‌افزاری تعیین شده توسط آیین‌نامه فدراسیون، سرمایه‌گذاری با بازدهی مشخص، احداث آکادمی‌های فوتبال در مکان مناسب و داشتن مدیران و مربیان با رزومه معتبر در سطح استان از جمله معیارهای تعیین شده برای آکادمی‌های فوتبال در جهت پیشرفت ورزش فوتبال استان دانست.

Investigating the challenges of getting the players of the basic categories of Semnan province to the national football teams

The purpose of this study was to investigate the challenges of getting the players of the basic categories of Semnan province to the national football teams. The method of the present study was descriptive survey and the data collection was field. The statistical population of the study included all managers and coaches working in teams of different age groups of football in football province, whose number was about 100 people and the statistical sample was considered equal to the community. The research tool was a researchermade questionnaire that included four components: managerial, financial, technical and research. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management and its reliability was 0.86, which indicated the high reliability of the questionnaire used. Data analysis was performed using statistical methods of mean, standard deviation, KolmogorovSmirnov test (KS), Friedman rank test and onesample ttest using SPSS software version 25. The research findings showed that the managerial, financial, technical and research components have a positive role in the challenges of getting the basic players of Isfahan province to the national football teams; Therefore, it is necessary for the country’s sports clubs to work closely with football boards, schools, physical education departments, sports managers and coaches, and to pay special attention to the basic football teams. Introduction The presence of thousands of players and millions of football fans around the world indicates that football plays an important and special role in the cultural and social life of countries and people (Baker et al., 2018). Today, football, due to the special role of sport as the most popular and popular sport, which has turned it into a political, cultural, economic and social phenomenon and has become an integral part of the lives of many people in the world, and it is called the football industry. Is enslaved (Pooyandehkia et al., 2020). Therefore, ensuring that the development of football is on a regular and organized basis is a key precondition for broad participation in football and a promise for the sustainable development of youth football. It seems that considering that science is developing and expanding in the world day by day, so science should be used for the development of sports. Football academies and specialized football schools are places where professional and knowledgeable coaches in the field of football can be used to help the scientific development of this sport in the world and to use the necessary ground for planning and development of football in the province; Therefore, in the present study, the researcher is the percentage of answer to the question, what are the challenges of getting the players of the basic categories of Semnan province to the national football teams?   Methodology The method of the present study was descriptive survey and the data collection was field. The statistical population of the study included former and current managers of Semnan Football Board and all coaches working in different age groups of football in the province, veterans and football researchers, whose number was about 100 people and the statistical sample was considered equal to the community. Research questionnaires were provided to statistical samples in person and through virtual networks such as WhatsApp and Telegram. The research tools of the researchermade questionnaire included four components of management (questions 17), financial component (questions 815), technical component (questions 1524) and research component (questions 2530). Likert value was valued. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management and its reliability was 0.88, which indicated the high reliability of the questionnaire used. Descriptive statistical methods were used to determine the mean, standard deviation, frequencies, percentages, and inferential statistical methods including KolmogorovSmironov (K – S) test to determine the normality of the data, Friedman rank test to prioritize research variables, and ttest a sample was used to compare the mean. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software version 25.   Analysis of findings The results of onesample ttest showed that the components and challenges of Semnan province players to the national football team in the basic categories have a positive role. The table below shows the results of this test: In order to rank the challenges of getting the players of the basic categories of Semnan province to the national football teams, the Friedman rank test was used. The results of Friedman rank test showed that the managerial, technical, financial and research components, respectively, have a higher rank according to the average rank of each as the challenges of getting Semnan province players to national football teams in the basic ranks.   Conclusion In general, the results of the research show that the managerial, technical, financial and research components have a positive role in the challenges of getting the players of the basic categories of Semnan province to the national football teams. One of the necessities of developing the country’s football clubs is paying attention to the basic teams. The pervasiveness of sport and the importance of its place in international relations have attracted much attention from governments. The success of countries in international sports arenas, in addition to social and economic effects, is a symbol of stability and allround capabilities of those countries and is one of the reasons for the high investment of countries in championship and professional sports. Football schools around the world act as a base for recognizing the talents of this field and introducing them to football at the grassroots level, but in our country, due to the interest of children and adolescents in this field and the desire of families for their children to enter the sport of football schools for education. The football base has been set up, which mostly pursues its economic goals.
