آسیب شناسی و ساماندهی شهر دوستدار معلولین و کم توانان جسمی نمونه موردی : پیاده راه مصلی نژاد شیراز

فضای شهری کاربران متفاوتی را در خود جای می دهد. شهر دوستدار معلول و کم توانان جسمی ، شهری است که در آن عدالت همه جانبه در ارائه خدمات و تسهیلات شهری به کاربران از لحاظ سن ، توان و خصوصیات متفاوت وجود دارد. در حال حاضر بسیاری از شهرها با مسائل و محدودیت های جدی برای این افراد مواجه هستند. بی توجهی به افراد معلول در فضاهای شهری سبب شده است که این دسته از افراد با مشکلاتی در رابطه با تعاملات اجتماعی مواجه شوند. توجه به وضع معماری وشهرسازی و بافت کالبدی و رفتاری محیط موجب بازگرداندن معلولین به اجتماع و استفاده از حقوق اولیه آنها می شود. تحقیق حاضر با هدف ساماندهی و بهبود پیاده راه برای شهر دوستدار معلول وکم توانان جسمی و روش تحقیق توصیفی تحلیلی میباشد. اطلاعات مورد نظر از طریق مشاهده اسنادی و کتابخانه ای و مرور سانه های معتبر گرد آوری شده است. و مورد مطالعه با استفاده از سوات مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت و باتوجه به سوات راهبردهایی همچون ایجاد علاِئم و تابلو ها با توجه به زاویه دید ، ایجاد سایبان جهت آسایش اقلیمی و ... ارائه گردید.

Pathology and organization of a friendly city for the disable and the physically disability Case study: Mosallanejad sidewalk in Shiraz

The urban space accommodates different users. A friendly city for the disabled and physically disabled is a city where there are all-around justice in providing urban services and facilities to users in terms of age, ability, and characteristics. Many cities now face serious problems and constraints for these people. Neglect of people with disabilities in urban spaces has caused these people to face problems in relation to social interactions. Paying attention to the state of architecture and urban planning and the physical and behavioral context of the environment will lead to the return of the disabled to society and the use of their basic rights. The aim of this study is to organize and improve the sidewalk for a city-friendly to the disabled and the physically disabled and descriptive-analytical research method. The information was collected through observation of documents and libraries and reviews of reputable media. The study was analyzed using SWOT and according to SWAT, strategies such as creating signs and boards according to the angle of view, creating canopies for climatic comfort, etc. were presented.
