بهره گیری از کیفیات مطلوب خانه های تاریخی کرمان، در جهت ارائه الگوی کالبدی مسکن امروز کرمان

گسترش مطالعات در عصر جدید موجب شکل گیری مباحث گسترده ای در مبانی نظری معماری مسکن نظیر بحث های روانشناختی، فرهنگی و پدیدار شناسی شده و به تاکید این نکته می پردازد که خانه فراتر از یک سرپناه و سکونت مفهومی بیش از تامین نیازهای کالبدی و عملکردی دارد. نگاه مفهومی به خانه، معماری مسکن امروز را متوجه کیفیاتی درخانه می کند که این کیفیات در ضمن پاسخگویی به نیازهای کارکردی خود در کالبد و فضای خانه، در پی پاسخگویی به نیازهای برتر ساکنین می باشند.با ورود به دوران معاصر این کیفیات در معماری مسکن ایران کم رنگ شدند و سرعت و تغییر سریع زمانه اجازه احراز این کیفیات را دربناها ی معماری کم کرد؛ این تحقیق برآن است که با بررسی خانه های تاریخی کرمان و با نگاهی کالبدی و پدیدار شناسانه در معماری آنها ، به استخراج کیفیات مطلوب در آنها بپردازد.این کیفیات در ترکیب متوازنی از نور ، بافت و صدا، تناسبات، تلفیق با محیط طبیعی،آسمان و زمین، در کالبد و فضای معماری خانه تجلی می یابند. درنتیجه این تحقیق مد نظر است که این کیفیات در قالب الگوهایی که در آنها، نحوه ارتباط و ترکیب متوازن عناصر، تشریح می شود، ارائه گردند.

Utilizing the desirable qualities of historical houses in Kerman, in order to present the physical model of today

These qualities in a balanced combination of light, texture and sound, proportions, integration with the natural environment, the sky And the earth is manifested in the body and the architectural space of the house. As a result of this research, it is intended that these qualities be presented in the form of models that describe how the balanced relationship and composition of the elements are described.
