اثربخشی برنامه آموزش والدگری آدلری بر پیوند با مدرسه و رفتارهای پرخطر نوجوانان

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی برنامه آموزش والدگری آدلری بر پیوند با مدرسه و رفتارهای پرخطر نوجوانان می‌باشد. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه گواه بود. جامعه‌آماری این پژوهش می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق، کلیه مادران دانش‌آموزان دختر مقطع متوسطه دوم بندپی شرقی شهرستان بابل که در سال تحصیلی 99 1398 مشغول به تحصیل می باشند به تعداد 665 تشکیل می‌دهند که از این میان تعداد 60 نفر از دانش آموزان دارای مشکلات رفتاری پرخطر و مادرانشان که با ملاک‌های ورودی پژوهش همخوانی داشتند با روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه 15 نفری آزمایش و گواه قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش برنامه آموزشی والدگری براساس بسته آموزشی بریگل (2016) را طی 8 جلسه 120 دقیقه ای به صورت هفتگی دریافت نمود، قبل و بعد از مداخله، پرسشنامه پیوند با مدرسه (رضایی شریف، 1391) و پرسشنامه رفتارهای پرخطر (زادمحمدی و همکاران، 1390) در هر دو گروه اجرا شد. داده‌ها از طریق آزمون تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارspss 22مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته‌ها: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که برنامه آموزش برنامه والدگری آدلری موجب افزایش پیوند والدینی مراقبت (f = 51.53, p <0.001)، حمایت افراطی (f = 70.50, p <0.001) و کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر نوجوانان (f = 120.30, p <0.001) موثر بود. نتیجه‌گیری: می‌توان نتیجه گرفت برنامه آموزش والدگری آدلری موجب افزایش پیوند با مدرسه و کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر نوجوانان موثر شد.

the effectiveness of adler’s parenting education program on school bonding and adolescent high risk behaviors

aim: the aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of adler’s parenting education program on school bonding and high risk behaviors of adolescents. methods: the present research method was quasi experimental with pre test, post test design and follow up with a control group. the statistical population of this research is. the statistical population of the study is 665 mothers of all female high school students in east bandapi, babol, who are studying in the academic year of 2009 2010, of which 60 are students with high risk behavioral problems and their mothers the input criteria of the study were consistent with purposive non random sampling method and were randomly divided into two groups of 15 experimental and control. the experimental group received a parenting training program based on the bruegel training package (2016) in 8 sessions of 120 minutes per week. before and after the intervention, the school connection questionnaire (rezaei sharif, 2012) and the high risk behaviors questionnaire (zad mohammadi et al., 1390) was performed in both groups. data were analyzed by repeated measures analysis of variance using spss 22 software. results: the results of this study showed that the adler parenting program training program increased parental care bond (f = 5.53, p <0.001), extreme support (f = 70.50, p <0.001) and reduction of high risk behaviors of adolescents (f = 120.30, p <0.001) was effective. conclusion: it can be concluded that adler’s parenting education program increased the bond with school and reduced effective high risk behaviors of adolescents.
