پیش بینی بی ثباتی زندگی زناشویی بر مبنای عدالت زناشویی و سبک های مقابله‌ای با نقش واسطه ای تعارض کار خانواده در زوج های متعارض

هدف: هدف این پژو هش پیش بینی بی ثباتی زندگی زناشویی بر مبنای عدالت زناشویی و سبک های مقابله‌ای با نقش واسطه ای تعارض کار خانواده در زوج های متعارض کارکنان نیروی انتظامی بود. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل زوج های مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره نیروی انتظامی در شهر تهران در سال 1398 بود که با روش نمونه گیری در دسترس(داوطلبانه) انتخاب تعداد 300 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس بی ثباتی ازدواج ثبات زناشویی ادواردز و همکاران(1987)، ، پرسشنامه عدالت زناشویی(mjs) (غفاری، فاتحی زاده، احمدی، قاسمی و باغبان، 2013)، ، پرسشنامه سبک های مقابله‌ای که توسط لازاروس و فولکمن(1985)، پرسشنامه تعارض کار خانواده، لذنت میرز، برلژ و مک ماریان(1996) پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر در نرم افزار spss استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که سبک های مقابله ای و عدالت زناشویی به طور مستقیم پیش بینی کننده بی ثباتی زندگی زناشویی در زوجین متعارض بودند و تعارض کار و خانواده نقش میانجی معنی داری در ارتباط بین سبک مقابله ای مساله مدار و بی ثباتی زناشویی بین سبک مقابله ای هیجان مدار و بی ثباتی زناشویی داشت (01/0=p)؛ همچنین تعارض کار و خانواده نقش میانجی معنی داری در ارتباط بین عدالت زناشویی و بی ثباتی زناشویی داشت (010/0=p). نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نقش سبک های مقابله ای، عدالت زناشویی و تعارض کار و خانواده در پیش بینی بی ثباتی زندگی زناشویی، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت آموزش سبک های مقابله ای کارآمد، توجه به تعارض نقش ها (تعارض کارخانواده) و آموزش تقسیم مسولیت ها بین زوجین می‌تواند از آسیب های تهدید کننده پایداری زندگی زناشویی پیشگیری کند.

Predicting the Marital Instability based on Marital Justice and Coping Styles with the Mediating Role of Work-Family Conflict in Conflicting Couples

Aim: The present study aimed to predict marital instability based on marital justice and coping styles with the mediating role of workfamily conflict in conflicting couples of the Law Enforcement Force. Methods: The research method was descriptivecorrelational, and its statistical population consisted of couples who visited law enforcement force counseling centers in Tehran in 2019, and 300  individuals were selected as a statistical sample using the convenience sampling method (voluntary) and they responded to the marital instability scale by Edwards et al. (1987), the Marital Justice Scale by Ghaffari et al. (2013), the Ways of Coping questionnaire by Lazarus and Folkman (1985), and the WorkFamily Conflict Questionnaire by Lezent Mirez, Berleg, and Mucmarian (1996). Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis were used in SPSS to analyze data. Results: The results of path analysis indicated that coping styles and marital justice directly predicted marital instability in conflicting couples, and workfamily conflict played a significant mediating role in the relationship between problemoriented coping style and marital instability and the relationship between emotionoriented coping style and marital instability (P=0.01). Furthermore, the workfamily conflict played a significant mediating role in the relationship between marital justice and instability (P=0.01). Conclusion: Given the roles of coping styles, marital justice, and workfamily conflict in predicting marital instability, it can be concluded that teaching effective coping styles, paying attention to role conflict (workfamily conflict), and teaching the division of responsibilities between couples can prevent injuries that threaten the marital stability.
