الگوی ساختاری تعهد زناشویی براساس‌ الگوهای ارتباطی در زنان: نقش واسطه‌ای هوش هیجانی

هدف: هدف پژوهش تعیین الگوی ساختاری تعهد زناشویی بر اساس‌ الگوهای ارتباطی در زنان با نقش واسطه‌ای هوش هیجانی بود. روش: روش پژوهش همبستگی و جامعه آماری کلیه زنان متاهل مراجعه ‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره تهران در سال 1397 بود. به این صورت که در انتخاب مراکز مشاوره از نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به قید قرعه استفاده شد. بدین منظور ابتدا شهر تهران به پنج منطقه شمال، جنوب، شرق، غرب و مرکز تقسیم شد؛ سپس از هر منطقه سه مرکز مشاوره به شکل تصادفی و به قید قرعه انتخاب و بر اساس نرم ‌افزار سمپل پاور 300 زن انتخاب شدند. سپس پرسشنامه تعهد زناشویی آدامز و جونز (1997)، پرسشنامه الگوهای ارتباطی زوجین کریستنسن و سولاوای (1984)، و پرسشنامه هوش هیجانی بارآن (2002) تکمیل و داده‌ها با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری اسمارت پلاس تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که الگوی ساختاری می‌تواند تعهد زناشویی را بر اساس الگوهای ارتباطی (0.41=‌β‌‌، 0.01=p) با میانجی‌گری هوش هیجانی پیش‌بینی کند و از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. مسیر مستقیم الگوهای ارتباطی (0.57=‌β‌‌، 0.01=p) و هوش هیجانی (0.28=‌β‌‌، 0.05=p) بر تعهد زناشویی معنادار و مسیر غیرمستقیم نشان داد که الگوهای ارتباطی(0.51=‌β‌‌، 0.01=p) با میانجیگری هوش هیجانی بر تعهد زناشویی شدت اثر مطلوبی داشته است. نتیجه‌گیری: برای انسجام و خَلق رابطه زناشویی مطلوب، می‌توان با تقویت هوش هیجانی هریک از زوج‌ها، نوع سبک الگوهای ارتباطی و تقابل عناصر درون روانی آن‌ها، روابط زوج‌ها را بهبود بخشید.

The structural model of marital commitment based on communication patterns among women: The mediating role of emotional intelligence

Aim: This study is aimed to determine the structural model of marital commitment based on communication patterns among women: The mediating role of emotional intelligence. Method: The research method was correlational, and the statistical population included all married women who were referred to counseling centers in Tehran in 2018. Accordingly, the simple random sampling method was chosen randomly to select the counseling centers. Therefore, the city of Tehran was first divided into five regions: north, south, east, west, and center. Afterward, three counseling centers were randomly selected from each region, and 300 women were selected based on Sample Power software. Then Adams Jones (1997) Marital Commitment Questionnaire, Christensen Sulawesi (1984) Couples Communication Patterns Questionnaire, and BarOn (2002) Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire were completed, and the data were analyzed using Smart Pls structural equations. Results: The findings showed that the direct path of the reciprocal constructive pattern (P=0.01, β =0.22) and emotional intelligence (P=0.05, β =0.28) had a significant effect on marital commitment. The indirect path of reciprocal constructive pattern and avoidance pattern mediated by emotional intelligence has had a positive effect on marital commitment. Conclusion: For the cohesion and creation of a desirable marital relationship, it is possible to improve couples’ relationships by strengthening the emotional intelligence of each couple, the type of communication patterns, and the interaction of their psychological elements.
