کاربرد روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی برای رتبه بندی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی کشاورزی

رشد سریع فناوری‌های نوظهور در زمینه کسب و کار، اهمیت کارآفرینی و ایجاد کسب و کارهای جدید و نوآورانه را افزایش داده است. بنابراین نقش کارآفرینان به عنوان یک عنصر کلیدی در جوامع که تاثیر بسزایی در بهره‌وری، نوآوری، اشتغال و رشد و توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی دارند، حائز اهمیت روز افزون است. هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی عوامل موثر بر کارآفرینی کشاورزی و کسب و کارهای مربوط به آن است. بدین منظور ابتدا با مروری بر مطالعات پیشین و مصاحبه با خبرگان حوزه کارآفرینی، اقتصاد و صاحبان کسب و کارهای کشاورزی استان کرمان، مجموعه‌ای از مولفه‌های کارآفرینی کشاورزی استخراج شدند. سپس با استفاده از ابزار پرسشنامه و نرم-افزارهای آماری excel،spss و expert choice داده‌ها و آمار جمع-آوری شده و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. روش مورد استفاده، به دلیل عدم قطعیت در پاسخ‌ها، تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی بوده است. بنابراین برای وزن‌دهی به نظرات خبرگان و تعیین وزن معیارها و گزینه‌ها از اعداد فازی مثلثی استفاده شده است. در نهایت بر اساس ماتریس مقایسات زوجی عوامل درونی و بیرونی موثر بر کارآفرینی کشاورزی شناسایی و اولویت‌بندی شدند. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از آن است که توسعه کارآفرینی به بهبود زیرساخت‌های فیزیکی، و بستر‌های مناسب اجتماعی و فرهنگی، ارتقاء نظام-های آموزشی و پژوهشی، بهبود ساختار‌های اداری و مالی و حمایت‌های نهادی و قانونی نیاز دارد. سرانجام با تدوین استراتژی‌های مناسب سعی شده است، گامی موثر در جهت بهبود کارآفرینی، توسعه کسب و کارهای کشاورزی و توسعه بخش کشاورزی استان کرمان برداشته شود.

application of fuzzy analytical hierarchy process to rank the factors affecting agricultural entrepreneurship

the rapid growth of emerging technologies in business has increased the importance of entrepreneurship and the creation of new and innovative businesses. therefore, the role of entrepreneurs as a key element in societies that have a significant impact on productivity, innovation, employment and economic and social growth and development, is increasingly important. the purpose of this study is to identify and prioritize the factors affecting agricultural entrepreneurship and related businesses. for this purpose, a review of previous studies and interviews with experts in the field of entrepreneurship, economics and owners of agricultural businesses in kerman province, a set of components of agricultural entrepreneurship were extracted. then, data and statistics were collected and analyzed using questionnaire tools and statistical software excel, spss and expert choice. the method used was fuzzy hierarchical analysis due to uncertainty in the answers. therefore, triangular fuzzy numbers have been used to weigh the opinions of experts and determine the weight of criteria and options. finally, based on the pairwise comparison matrix, internal and external factors affecting agricultural entrepreneurship were identified and prioritized. the results of the study indicate that the development of entrepreneurship needs to improve the physical infrastructure, and appropriate social and cultural contexts, upgrade educational and research systems, improve administrative and financial structures and institutional and legal support. finally, by formulating appropriate strategies, an effective step has been taken to improve entrepreneurship, develop agricultural businesses and develop the agricultural sector of kerman province.
