اﻣﺮوزه ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﺸﺮ ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﺣﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﺮای ﻣﺮدم و ﺣﮑﻮﻣﺖ ﻫﺎﺳﺖ. اﮔﺮ ﭼﻪ ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﺸﺮ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺼﻮﯾﺐ اﻋﻼﻣﯿﻪ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﺸﺮ در ﺳﺎل 1948ﻣﯿﻼدی ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟﻪ و اﺳﻘﺒﺎل دوﻟﺖﻫﺎ و ﻣﻠﺖﻫﺎی ﭘﺲ از ﺟﻨﮓ ﺟﻬﺎﻧﯽ دوم ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ، اﻣﺎ ﻣﺘﺎﺳﻔﺎﻧﻪ ﺑﺪﻟﯿﻞ ﺣﺎﮐﻤﯿﺖ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﻫﺎ، ﻧﮋادﻫﺎ، زﺑﺎنﻫﺎ و ﻣﺬاﻫﺐ ﻧﺘﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ ﺿﻤﻦ ﺣﻔﻆ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﯿﺖ و ﻣﺎﻧﻌﯿﺖ ﺧﻮد، از ﺿﻤﺎﻧﺖ اﺟﺮای ﺑﯿﻦ اﻟﻤﻠﻠﯽ ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﮔﺮدد، ﺑﻪ ﻧﺤﻮی ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮﺧﯽ از ﺟﻮاﻣﻊ ﺑﺸﺮی ﺑﻪ ﻓﮑﺮ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﻧﻈﺎم ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﺸﺮی ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎی اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ و ﺳﯿﺎﺳﯽ ﺧﻮد ﺑﺮ آﻣﺪه اﻧﺪ. ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﺸﺮ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﻧﻬﺎدﻫﺎی ﻣﻄﺮوﺣﻪ در ﮐﺸﻮرﻫﺎی اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻨﯿﺎنﻫﺎ و ﺑﻨﯿﺎدﻫﺎی ﺧﻮد را رﯾﺸﻪ در ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ ﺣﻘﻮق اﺳﻼم دارد ﮐﻪ در ﻣﻘﺎﯾﺴﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺣﻘﻮق ﺑﺸﺮ ﻏﺮﺑﯽ از اﺻﻮل و ﻣﺒﺎﻧﯽ ﺧﺎﺻﯽ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار است.
