چالش‌ها و موانع تحقق دموکراسی در قاره آفریقا

بدون شک یکی از مباحثی که از سه هزار سال قبل ذهن بشر را به خود مشغول کرده است موضوع دموکراسی و حکومت مردم بر مردم است که منظور از آن حاکمیت قانون در روابط انسان‌ها با یکدیگر است البته در برخی از کشورها بحث دموکراسی در تئوری و عمل کاملاً پیاده شده و آنها با تفاهم با یکدیگر زندگی در صلح و دوستی را تجربه می‌کنند اما این اتفاق خوشایند فقط در برخی از قاره‌ها اتفاق افتاده است و قاره‌هایی مانند آفریقا گامهای اولیه را به سوی دموکراسی برمی‌دارد اما موانع و چالش‌های پیش‌رو بقدری زیاد است که گاهی اوقات موجب یاس و ناامیدی می‌گردد. با این حال این مسیری است که دیر یا زود کشورهای قاره سیاره باید آن را طی کنند تا از یک ثبات بین‌المللی و منطقه‌ای برخوردار شوند و از جنگ و خشونت فاصله بگیرند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق آشنایی با چالش‌های تحقق دموکراسی در قاره آفریقاست و یافته‌های تحقیق ناظر بر این حقیقت است که کشورهای آفریقایی در حال گذر از یک دوره انتقالی پر تنش از بی‌ثباتی به سوی حاکمیت قانون و دموکراسی پایدار هستند و در این مسیر پرسنگلاخ از تجارب کشورهای با حاکمیت دموکراسی و ارزش‌های سازمان ملل متحد بهره‌مند می‌شوند و قطعاً با حفظ شرایط موجود و فرصت‌های طلایی پیش روی قاره آفریقا، آینده درخشانی در انتظار ملل قاره سیاه است.

undoubtedly, one of the topics that has occupied the human mind since three thousand years ago is the issue of democracy and the rule of the people over the people, which means the rule of law in human relations with each other. they are fully implemented and they live in peace and friendship with each other in understanding, but this pleasant thing has only happened in some continents, and continents like africa are taking the first steps towards democracy, but there are some obstacles and challenges ahead. sometimes it causes despair and hopelessness. however, this is the path that sooner or later the countries of the continent must take in order to enjoy international and regional stability and to distance themselves from war and violence. the purpose of this study is to get acquainted with the challenges of democracy in africa and the findings of the study show the fact that african countries are going through a tense transition from instability to the rule of law and sustainable democracy and are on this path. countries with the sovereignty of democracy and the values ​​of the united nations will benefit, and certainly a bright future awaits the nations of the black continent, given the status quo and the golden opportunities facing the african continent
