چکیده
|
Cyberjaya has experienced major development since its formation in 1997. the city is located 40 km south of kuala lumpur. two decades after its inception, cyberjaya has reached a tipping point, especially in sustainability and making and fostering an entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystem. cyberjaya’s contribution to malaysia’s gdp is expected to reach 17% in 2020, while also delivering a gni impact of rm 2.4 billion and creating 6,600 new jobs by propelling the city’s economic growth in nine technology areas. this paper examined the case of cyberjaya as a new innovative city and how it is becoming a global technology and innovation hub, looking at its approaches, successes, and current situation in the context of innovation and technology.
