چکیده    A new functionalized mesoporous silica entitled sba-pr-is-mn was produced and characterized by diverse techniques like ft-ir, tga, xrd, sem, and bet. sba-pr-cl was functionalized with isatin and malononitrile to yield sba-pr-is-mn, that its sensor activity was studied by the wide variety of ions (cations and anions) via fluorescent spectroscopy. it was demonstrated that the addition of ag+ quenched the fluorescence intensity. there was an excellent linear relationship with an appropriate detection limit of 4.18 × 10⁻6 m.
