چکیده
|
این مطالعه با هدف نقش شوخ‌طبعی و نظم‌جویی هیجانی در پیش‌بینی سرمایه‌های روان‌شناختی در دانش آموزان متوسطه دوم منطقه دو شهر مشهد انجام شد. روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی – همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه شامل کلیه دانش آموزان متوسطه دوم منطقه دو شهر مشهد بودند که در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 مشغول به تحصیل بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری، تصادفی خوشه‌ای بود که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان (1970) نمونه‌ای به حجم 300 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورداستفاده برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه سرمایه روان‌شناختی (pcq)، پرسشنامه شوخ‌طبعی خشوعی و پرسشنامه تنظیم هیجانی (erq) بودند. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون چندمتغیره نشان داد متغیرهای شوخ‌طبعی و نظم‌جویی هیجان می‌توانند به میزان 37.6 درصد از تغییرات متغیر سرمایه‌های روان‌شناختی را پیش‌بینی کنند. نتیجه این مطالعه نشان داد بین شوخ‌طبعی و نظم‌جویی هیجان با سرمایه‌های روان‌شناختی رابطه وجود دارد.

Abstract
|
This study was conducted to determine the role of humor and emotional order in predicting psychological capital in secondary school students in the second district of Mashhad. The research method was descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population of this study included all secondary school students in the second district of Mashhad, studying in the academic year of 20092010. The sampling method was a cluster random sampling based on a table of Karajsi and Morgan (1970), and 300 individuals were selected. The tools used to measure the research variables included the Psychological Capital Questionnaire (PCQ), the Occupational Humor Questionnaire, and the Emotional Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ). Data analysis using multivariate regression test showed that the variables of humor and emotion regulation can predict about 37.6% of the variables of psychological capital variables. The results of this study showed that there is a relationship between humor and emotion regulation and psychological capital.
