امکان سنجی استقرار آموزش الکترونیکی در بانک سرمایه

مطالعه حاضر با هدف امکان سنجی استقرار آموزش الکترونیکی در بانک سرمایه انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش فراگیران، مدرسین، مسئولین و کارشناسان بخش های انفورماتیک و آموزش بودند. برای سنجش مولفه فرهنگی تعداد 16 نفر از مدرسین و 300 نفر از فراگیران، برای سنجش مولفه فنی تعداد 12 نفر از مسئولین و کارشناسان انفورماتیک و برای سنجش مولفه آموزشی تعداد 12 نفر از مسئولین و کارشناسان آموزش به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسش نامه سنجش آمادگی فرهنگی، پرسش نامه سنجش آمادگی فنی و پرسش نامه سنجش آمادگی آموزشی بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری تی تک نمونه ای و آزمون خی‌دو انجام شد. یافته های این مطالعه نشان داد امکان استقرار نظام آموزش مجازی در بانک سرمایه از لحاظ زیرساخت های فرهنگی، فنی و آموزشی مورد تائید و خوب است (0.01>p). بنابراین، استقرار آموزش الکترونیکی در بانک سرمایه امکان‌پذیر است و برای پیشرفت آموزش الکترونیکی بانک باید به تربیت نیروی متخصص بیشتر، علاقه‌مند کردن پرسنل و ارتقاء امکانات سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری پرداخته شود.

Feasibility study of establishing e-learning in Sarmayeh Bank

The present study was conducted to evaluate the feasibility of establishing elearning in Sarmayeh Bank. The research method was descriptive. The statistical population in this study were learners, teachers, officials and experts in the fields of data engineering and education. 16 teachers and 300 learners for measuring the cultural component, 12 officials and data experts for measuring the technical component, and 12 officials and education experts for measuring the educational component were selected by census method. Data collection tools were Cultural, Technical and Educational Susceptibility Assessment Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by means of onesample ttest and chisquare test. The findings of this study showed that the possibility of establishing a virtual education system in Sarmayeh Bank is approved and useful in terms of cultural, technical and educational infrastructure (P <0.01); Therefore, it is possible to establish elearning in Sarmayeh Bank, and for the development of elearning in the bank, more specialized staff should be trained, employees should be interested, and hardware and software facilities should be upgraded.
