بررسی عوامل موثر در گرایش انتخاب رشته تحصیلی در دانش‌آموزان

انتخاب رشته تحصیلی یکی از مهم‌ترین تصمیم‎هایی است که دانش آموزان در دوران تحصیل خود می‌گیرند به‌طوری‌که می‌تواند سرنوشت شغلی و آینده شغلی آنان را رقم بزند.مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر در گرایش انتخاب رشتهٔ تحصیلی دانش آموزان شهرستان نوشهر انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی بود و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانش آموزان دختر و پسر سال دوم دبیرستان، در حال تحصیل در سه رشته ریاضی فیزیک، علوم تجربی و علوم انسانی دبیرستان در سال تحصیلی96-1395بود. 200 نفر از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده در این مطالعه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته عوامل موثر در گرایش انتخاب رشته است.تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون t تک نمونه‌ای و آزمون فریدمن انجام شد. یافته‌های این مطالعه نشان داد نظر دبیر و مشاور تحصیلی، علاقه دانش‌آموز، سوابق تحصیلی، نظر خانواده و استعداد تحصیلی در گرایش انتخاب رشتهٔ تحصیلی دانش آموزان شهرستان نوشهر موثر است (p<0/05 ).همچنین مولفه نظر خانواده دارای بالاترین رتبه و مولفه نظر دبیر و مشاور تحصیلی دارای پایین‌ترین رتبه است.

Assessing Factors Affecting the Orientation of the Cours-of-Study Selection In Students

Choosing a field of study is one of the most important decisions that students make during their studies so that it can determine their career prospects. The aim of the present study was to investigate the factors affecting students’ choice of educational field in Noshahr. The research method was descriptive and the statistical population consisted of both male and female high school students studying in three fields of high school mathematics physics, empirical sciences and humanities in the academic year 20152016. 200 subjects were selected according to the Krejcie and Morgan table using stratified random sampling. The research instrument used in this study is a researchermade questionnaire of factors affecting educational field choice. Data were analyzed using onesample ttest and Friedman test. The findings of this study showed that the opinion of the educational advisor, student interest, educational background, family opinion, and academic aptitude were effective in choosing the field of study in Noshahr city (P <0.05). Also, the opinion of the family has the highest rating and the opinion of the secretary and the academic advisor is the lowest.
