واکاوی اثرات و پیامدهای اشتغال غیررسمی در ایران: رویکرد تلفیقی تحلیل تم و دلفی

اشتغال غیررسمی به‌دنبال صنعتی شدن و افزایش شهرنشینی بیش از پیش ظاهر شده که منجر به عدم‌حمایت از نیروی کار گردیده است. امروزه با گسترش شهرنشینی و ایجاد اقتصاد غیررسمی، ضرورت بررسی این بخش از اقتصاد، بیش‌ازپیش، اهمیت یافته‌است. اشتغال غیررسمی از مهم‌ترین معضلاتی است که در اقتصاد کشور مطرح است. این مسئله، علاوه بر تاثیر بر زندگی شخص کارگر، از ابعاد مختلف، از جمله بُعد روانی و خانوادگی، دارای پیامدهای مدیریتی / سازمانی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی مهم و مختلفی است که ضرورت پژوهش در این زمینه را بیش از پیش مشخص می‌سازد. این پژوهش در راستای شناسایی پیامدهای منفی اشتغال غیررسمی انجام شده و روش آن توصیفیپیمایشی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی است. نمونۀ آماری پژوهش شامل خبرگان در حوزه‌های مرتبط است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل تم و دلفی استفاده شده است. نتایج کلی پژوهش، حاکی از آن است که پیامدهای شناسایی شده در سطوح مختلف اقتصادی، مدیریتی، اجتماعی و روان‌شناختی است. برای فهم و درک بهتر نتایج پژوهش، پیامدهای شناسایی شده در شبکه مضامین نیز ارائه می‌شود.

The Effects and Consequences of Informal Employment in Iran:An Integrated Approach of Theme Analysis and Delphi

Informal employment emerges and intensifies as industrialization and urbanization increased, leading to a lack of labor support. Starting with the expansion of urbanization and the creation of the informal economy, it is already remarkable to examine this issue from an economic point of view. Informality is one of the most important problems in the country’s economy. This issue, in addition to affecting the personal life of the worker, including various aspects such as mentality and family, has important managerial/organizational, economic and social messages, so that it might be necessary to further define this field. This research has been done in identifying unofficial negative consequences and its method is descriptivesurvey. The statistical sample of the research includes experts in related fields. Theme and Delphi analysis methods were used to analyze the data. The general results of the research indicate that its messages are identified at different levels of economic, managerial, social and psychological. To better understand the results of the research, the identified messages in the network of topics are also provided.
