واکاوی پیشران های موثر بر توسعه گردشگری کلان شهر رشت مبتنی بر رویکرد آینده پژوهی

مطالعات آینده پژوهی با صنعت گردشگری می‌تواند جایگاه درخوری برای پژوهش در عرصه گردشگری شهری پدید آورد. پژوهش حاضر در پی واکاوی پیشران‌های کلیدی موثر بر توسعه گردشگری شهر رشت با رویکرد آینده‌پژوهی است. تحیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات و نتایج نهایی، پژوهشی کیفی محسوب می‌شود. برای انجام این پژوهش ابتدا 34 عامل به عنوان عوامل اصلی در غالب 5 بعد (زیست محیطی، اجتماعی-فرهنگی، برنامه‌ریزی-نهادی، زیرساختی -رفاهی، اقتصادی) استخراج شد و سپس با استفاد از روش دلفی عوامل پیشران شناسایی شدند. جهت تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل اثرات متقابل در نرم افزار micmac استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق حاکی از آن است که باتوجه به وضعیت پراکندگی متغیرها، توسعه گردشگری کلانشهر رشت ناپایدار است. در ادامه رتبه‌بندی عوامل کلیدی صورت گرفت که متغیرهای توسعه روابط با همسایگان، حیات جانوری، وجود مراکز خرید، به ترتیب در رتبه‌های اول تا سوم قرار گرفتند. طبق بررسی‌های صورت گرفته در این حوزه، تاکنون مطالعه‌ای در ارتباط با آینده‌پژوهی توسعه گردشگری محدوده مورد مطالعه صورت نگرفته است، در نهایت چهار سناریو برای وضعیت آینده توسعه صنعت گردشگری کلان شهر رشت ارائه شد.

Analysis of the effective propellants of tourism development in Rasht metropolis based on future studies approach

linking of futures studies with the tourism industry can create a suitable position for research in the field of urban tourism. The present study is seeking to analyze of key affecting propellants on the development of tourism in Rasht city with future studies approach. The present study in terms of purpose is qualitative and in terms of data collection method and final results is applied. To conduct this research, 34 factors were extracted as the main factors in 5 dimensions (environmental, sociocultural, planninginstitutional, infrastructurewelfare, economic) and Then the propellants factors were identified by using the Delphi method. For data analysis, the interaction analysis method was used in MICMAC software. The results of the study indicate that due to the distribution of variables, tourism development in the Rasht metropolis is unstable. Then the key factors were ranked that the variables of development of relations with neighbors, animal life, the existence of shopping centers, were ranked first to third, respectively. According to the studies conducted in this field, so far no study has been conducted in relation of tourism development futures studies in the studied area. Finally, four scenarios were presented for the future studies of the tourism industry in the Rasht metropolis.
