تاثیر پرداخت الکترونیک بر سرقت

هدف پژوهش: یکی از تحولات مهم در نظام پرداختها، ظهور ابزارهای نوین پرداخت است که به ابزارهای پرداخت الکترونیک شهرت دارند. با وجود ابزارهای پرداخت الکترونیک، امکان کسب درآمد از راه سرقت کاهش پیدا میکند؛ بنابراین کاهش میزان سرقت یک پیشبینی ناشی از افزایش دسترسی به ابزارهای پرداخت الکترونیک است. در این پژوهش این فرضیه برای فاصله زمانی 1386 تا 1394 با استفاده از دادههای استانهای ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. روش پژوهش: برای برآورد معادله رگرسیونی از روش gmm پانلی استفاده شده است. نتایج: نتایج نشان میدهد که گسترش ابزارهای پرداخت الکترونیک در استانهای ایران تاثیر منفی بر سرقت داشته است. همچنین نرخ شهرنشینی، نرخ فلاکت، صنعتی شدن و نابرابری درآمدی تاثیر مثبت بر سرقت داشته است. بر همین اساس برخی پیشنهادت سیاستی برای گسترش استفاده از این ابزارها ارائه شده است.

The impact of electronic payments on theft

Purpose: One of the important developments in the payment system is the emergence of new payment tools known as electronic payment instruments. With the help of electronic payment tools, the possibility of earning money by stealing is reduced; Thus reducing the amount of theft is a predicted resultof increased access to electronic payment instruments. In this research, this hypothesis has been investigated for the period between 1386 1394 using data from Iran’s provinces. Methodology: Panel GMM method is used to estimate the regression equation. Results: The results show that the expansion of electronic payment tools in Iranian provinces has had a negative effect on theft. Also, the rate of urbanization, the misery index (sum of the unemployment rate and inflation rate), industrialization and income inequality have had a positive impact on theft.
