نقش زنان در بسیج مردم و منابع ملی در دفاع مقدس

نقش آفرینی مستقیم و غیر مستقیم زنان درهشت سال دفاع مقدس الگویی را دراین عصربه جهانیان عرضه کرد که، دیر یا زود، در سرنوشت و جایگاه زنان جهان، اثرگذار وفهم خواهندشد که، حضور زنان نه فقط در خانواده‌ی، بلکه، در ساحت ولایت اجتماعی و جهاد دفاعی هم ضروری است آنگونه که، زنان ایران اسلامی مردانه‌ترین میدان‌ها را با شجاعت و اخلاص و فداکاری رادر هنگام ضرورت بعنوان وظیفه فتح کردندو مصداق بارز ی از این کلام ناب است که، بسیج یعنی نیروی کارآمد کشور برای همه میدان‌ها. اما باید اذعان داشت که،علی رغم تلاش برای به تصویر کشیدن نقش زنان در دفاع مقدس هنوز راه طولانی در پیش است تا حقیقت به وقوع پیوسته آنگونه که، شایسته مجاهدت بانوان در این دوران است بازنمایی گردد. این تحقیق از نوع کیفی با روش «تفهّمی» عهده دار بازنمایی گوشه های ازکنشگری بانوان در اشکال مختلف در دفاع مقدس است. تحقیق، بر اساس مطالعات کتابخا نه ای و اسنادی، صورتبندی نقش زنان در 3 دسته اصلی و تحلیل، براساس 4 نوع کنش «ماکس وبر» گونه‌شناسی ودر مدل محقق ساخته، ارائه گردیده. بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، اغلب مشارکت ها ی زنان در دفاع مقدس در ساحت اجتماعی و بسیج امکانات و منابع ملی از نوع کنش عقلانی معطوف به هدف و کنش عقلانی معطوف به ارزش قرارگرفته و نقش آفرینی زنان درخانواده بر اساس کنش عاطفی و یا سنتی قابلیت تحقق دارد

the direct and indirect role of women during the eight years of the sacred defense presented a model to the world in this era that, sooner or later, will affect the fate and position of women in the world. they will understand that the presence of women is necessary not only in the family, but also in the field of social guardianship, jihad, and defense. it is a clear example of this pure saying that the mobilization means the efficient force of the country for all fields. however, it must be acknowledged that, despite the efforts to portray the role of women in the sacred defense, there is still a long way to go before the reality that has occurred is represented as befits the struggle of women in this era. this qualitative research, using an understanding method, is responsible for representing the corners of women's activism in various forms in the sacred defense. the research is based on library and documentary studies, the formulation of women's role in 3 main categories, and analysis, based on the 4 types of action of max weber typology and a researcher-made model. according to the results of the research, most of the contributions of women during the holy defense period in the social sphere and the mobilization of national resources and facilities were in the form of goal-oriented rational action and value-oriented rational action, and women's role in the family can be realized based on emotional or traditional action.
