نقش پیشرفت سیاسی در تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی از منظر اندیشه های مقام معظم رهبری

تمدن نوین اسلامی در اندیشه‌ی مقام معظم رهبری آیت‌ الله العظمی امام سید علی خامنه‌ای، نه یک شعار آرمانی، بلکه راهبردی عملیاتی مبتنی بر مراحل پنج‌گانه‌ی انقلاب، نظام، دولت، جامعه و تمدن است. این پژوهش با هدف تبیین نقش پیشرفت سیاسی در تحقق این غایت تمدنی، به روش توصیفی تحلیلی و با بهره‌گیری از بیانات، اسناد بالادستی و منابع معتبر، به این پرسش پاسخ می‌دهد که «پیشرفت سیاسی» در منظومه فکری مقام معظم رهبری چه جایگاهی دارد و چگونه به تحقق تمدن نوین اسلامی می‌انجامد. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که پیشرفت سیاسی در این نگاه، فرآیندی ارزشی و غایت‌مند است که قدرت سیاسی را در خدمت عدالت، استقلال، مردم‌سالاری دینی، اخلاق و کارآمدی قرار می‌دهد. بر این اساس، پیشرفت سیاسی حلقه‌ای از زنجیره‌ی تمدن‌سازی است که بدون آن، دستیابی به تمدن نوین اسلامی ناممکن خواهد بود. این پژوهش در نهایت به این نتیجه می‌رسد که الگوی پیشرفت سیاسی در اندیشه‌ی مقام معظم رهبری ، با عبور از دوگانه‌های رایج در نظریه‌های توسعه، چارچوبی بومی برای سنجش و ارزیابی پیشرفت در جمهوری اسلامی ایران ارائه می‌دهد.

the role of political progress in realizing the new islamic civilization from the perspective of the supreme leader's thought

in the thought of the supreme leader, ayatollah seyyed ali khamenei, the new islamic civilization is not merely an idealistic slogan but an operational strategy grounded in a five-stage progression: revolution, system, government, society, and civilization. aiming to elucidate the role of political progress in realizing this civilizational goal, this study employs a descriptive-analytical method—drawing upon the leader's statements, upstream documents, and authoritative sources—to address the question of the status of political progress within his intellectual framework and how it leads to the realization of the new islamic civilization. the findings indicate that, from this perspective, political progress is a value-laden, teleological process that harnesses political power in the service of justice, independence, religious democracy, ethics, and efficiency. accordingly, political progress constitutes a vital link in the chain of civilization-building; without it, achieving the new islamic civilization would be impossible. ultimately, the study concludes that the model of political progress in the supreme leader's thought transcends the dichotomies common in development theories, offering an indigenous framework for assessing and evaluating progress within the islamic republic of iran.
