ارائه مدل مفهومی تدوین خط‌مشی مقابله با جنگ شناختی دشمن در فضای سایبر

با مطرح‌شدن ذهن انسان به‌عنوان عرصه جدید نبرد و تغییر ماهیت جنگ‏ها‏‏‏، دامنه فعالیت‏‏‏‏ها ‏از حوزه‏های فیزیکی و اطلاعاتی به حوزه درک و آگاهی انتقال‌یافته و مغز انسان به صحنه نبردی جدید تبدیل‌شده است. برگرفته از موارد فوق و باهدف ایجاد تحول در نحوه نگرش به محیط پیرامون و زمینه‌سازی برای انجام اقداماتی خاص، فرایندی ‌برنامه‌ریزی‌شده و هدفمند تحت عنوان «جنگ شناختی» صورت می‌پذیرد. بر این اساس تدوین هرگونه ‏‏خط‏مشی جهت مقابله با جریانات جنگ شناختی دشمن در فضای سایبر مستلزم طراحی یک مدل مفهومی واقع‌گرا و قابل‌اجرا می‌باشد. این پژوهش بامطالعه تحقیقات انجام‌شده مرتبط، بررسی ادبیات موضوعی، شناسایی تهدیدات مرسوم و استخراج مفاهیم مشترک با طرح این پرسش که «الگوی ‏‏خط‏مشی ‏گذاری مقابله با جنگ شناختی دشمن در فضای سایبر چیست و چه مدلی را می‌توان از این مطالعه ترسیم کرد؟» تلاش می‌کند با به‌کارگیری روش تحقیق کیفی از نوع زمینه بنیاد (gt)، مدل مفهومی جهت تدوین الگوی ‏‏خط‏مشی ‏گذاری مقابله با جنگ شناختی دشمن در فضای سایبر را‏‏‏ منطبق با دغدغه‏های بومی و به‌منظور جلوگیری از غافلگیری راهبردی و پرهیز از موازی کاری‏های معمول ارائه نماید. مهم‌ترین روش‌های گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و پژوهش‌های میدانی است و مدل مفهومی حاصل‌شده دارای سه بخش اصلی شامل جنگ شناختی، فضای سایبر و فرایند خط‌مشی گذاری می‌باشد.
