تحلیل اپوزیسیون جمهوری اسلامی ایران براساس نظریه نفع شخصی یوهان گرافلند

پرداختن به مسئله اپوزیسیون به‌منزله یکی از ظرفیت‌هایی که نقش مهمی در اصلاح و کنترل قوانین و عملکرد دولت دارد، بسیار مهم است. با استفاده از بستر‌های موجود در سیستم سیاسی، اپوزیسیون می‌تواند وظیفه نظارت بر اجرای قوانین را بر عهده بگیرد و وجود نقص و ناکارآمدی را مطرح نماید و تلاش کند تا بهبودی و اصلاحی در بخش‌های مختلف حاکمیت صورت گیرد. اما در تحلیل و ارزیابی اپوزیسیون جمهوری اسلامی ایران، اپوزیسیون یک حرکت سیاسی، بین المللی و مبتنی بر منافع گفتمانی است که در طول سال‌های پس از انقلاب اسلامی شکل گرفته است. اپوزیسیون جمهوری اسلامی ایران شامل مخالفان داخلی و خارجی است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر تحلیل اپوزیسیون خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران با رویکرد نفع شخصی یوهان گرافلند با استفاده از روش تحلیلی بود. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد اپوزیسیون خارجی از طریق حامیان خارجی، رسانه‌ها، و گروه‌های فعال تلاش نموده‌اند تا تغییرات سیاسی و نظامی در ایران انجام دهند و برای رسیدن به این هدف، اولویت نفع شخصی و منفعت‌طلبی هر کدام از اپوزیسیون مطرح بوده و نفع عموم مردم و ظرفیت‌های دموکراتیک اپوزیسیون در معنای سیاسی آن، به این معنا که منافع اجتماعی را در نظر بگیرند، پیگیری نشده است.

it is very important to deal with the issue of opposition as one of the capacities that play an important role in reforming and controlling the laws and government performance. by using the existing platforms in the political system, the opposition can take on the task of monitoring the implementation of laws and raise the existence of defects and inefficiencies and try to improve and reform various parts of governance. regarding the opposition of the islamic republic of iran, it should be said that this opposition is a political movement that was formed during the years after the islamic revolution. the opposition of the islamic republic of iran includes domestic and foreign opponents. the main goal of the current research was to analyze the foreign opposition of the islamic republic of iran with the personal interest approach of johan grafland using the analytical method. the results of the research showed that the foreign opposition has tried to make political and military changes in iran through foreign supporters, the media, and active groups, and to achieve this goal, the priority of the personal interest and utilitarianism of each of the opposition has come to the fore, and the interest of the general public, in the sense that social benefits have not been pursued.
