آینده پژوهی امنیت اجتماعی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران

در هزاره جدید، مقوله امنیت اجتماعی به عنوان یکی از ارکان امنیت ملی، به ویژه در کشورهای در حال توسعه ای همچون ایران، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. نگارنده تحقیق حاضر بر این فرض تاکید دارد که امنیت ملی برخلاف دیدگاه واقع گرایانه سنتی، صرفاً به معنای امنیت نظامی آن هم در سطح خارجی نیست و سطح داخلی آن در تامین امنیت می‌تواند به اندازه سطح خارجی‌اش مهم باشد چرا که مطالعه کشورهای در حال توسعه بیانگر آن است که بیشترین تهدید امنیت ملی این کشورها ناشی از مسائل داخلی، از جمله مسائل اجتماعی و سیاسی آن ها است و ناامنی و تهدیدات اجتماعی داخلی، تقریباً موضوعی رایج در مطالعات امنیتی این کشورها محسوب می‌شود. نوشتار حاضر تلاش دارد با بهره گیری از دانش آینده پژوهی و به شیوه توصیفی تحلیلی و با هدف شناخت مقوم ها و چالش های امنیت اجتماعی در جمهوری اسلامی ایران این مهم را بازکاوی نماید.

Social Security Future Studies in the Islamic Republic of Iran

In the new millennium, the issue of social security has been considered as one of the pillars of national security, especially in developing countries such as Iran. The author of the present study emphasizes the assumption that national security, contrary to the traditional realistic view, does not simply mean military security at the external level, and its internal level in providing security can be as important as its external level because the study of developing countries shows It is that the greatest threat to the national security of these countries is due to internal issues, including their social and political issues, and insecurity and internal social threats are almost a common topic in the security studies of these countries. The present article tries to reexamine this issue by using the knowledge of futurology in a descriptiveanalytical manner with the aim of identifying the issues and challenges of social security in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
