انقلاب اسلامی ایران، نقشه راه جهان گرایی در اندیشه سیاسی امام خمینی(ره)

در اندیشه امام خمینی(ره)، با توسعه حوزه مسئولیت‌های نظام اسلامی، هدف از تاسیس چنین نظامی در سه سطح ملی، منطقه‌ای (اسلامی) و جهانی تعریف می‌شود. لذا رویکرد جامع ایشان به نظام سیاسی اسلام در دوران عدم قیادت امام معصوم، ازنوع برون‌گرا و جهان‌گرایانه است. یعنی ایشان تلاش در جهت توسعه نفوذ اسلام در دنیا را مسئولیت اصیل دولت اسلامی در ورای مرزهای ملی می‌داند. در منظر امام، راه موفقیت چنین رویکرد جهان‌گرایانه اسلامی، در صدور انقلابی است که به تحقق یک حکومت اسلامی کارآمد انجامیده است. اندیشه صدور، آرمان مشترک اغلب انقلاب‌هاست که البته نوع و ماهیت چنین اقدامی در انواع آن‌ها متفاوت ‌است. در اندیشه و سیره سیاسی امام خمینی مبتنی بر مبانی دینی، صدور دارای مختصات خاص خود است. در این رویکرد آرمان‌گرایی واقع‌بینانه، صدور انقلاب اسلامی یک راهبرد با دو وجه راهبردی است که بر اساس نفع طرفین، به تامین منافع ملی توامان با پیگیری مسئولیت‌های فراملی می‌انجامد. سوال اصلی این است که در اندیشه امام خمینی، دولت اسلامی جهت تحقق جهانگرایی اسلامی، چگونه باید گام بردارد و این مجموعه مسئولیت فرا ملی دولت اسلامی، چه نسبتی با منافع ملی برقرار می کند؟

In Imam Khomeini’s thought, with the development of the responsibilities of the Islamic system, the purpose of establishing such a system at three national, regional (Islamic) and global levels is defined. Therefore, his comprehensive approach to the political system of Islam in the absence of the leadership of the Infallible Imam is extroverted and cosmopolitan. That is, he considers the effort to expand the influence of Islam in the world as the original responsibility of the Islamic State beyond national borders. In Imam’s view, the way to the success of such an Islamic cosmopolitan approach is to issue a revolution that has led to the realization of an efficient Islamic government. The idea of ​​export is the common ideal of most revolutions, although the type and nature of such action varies from type to type. In Imam Khomeini’s political thought and life based on religious principles, export has its own characteristics. In this approach to realistic idealism, the export of the Islamic Revolution is a twopronged strategy that, based on the interests of both parties, leads to the pursuit of national interests while pursuing transnational responsibilities. The main question is how in Imam Khomeini’s thought, the Islamic State should take steps to achieve Islamic globalism, and what relation does this set of transnational responsibilities of the Islamic State have with national interests?
