شناسایی موانع و چالش ‌های مولدسازی دارایی‌ های عمومی دولت

از جمله اقداماتی که توانایی افزایش درآمدهای دولت به ‌صورت پایدار را دارد به ‌طوری‌ که این افزایش بدون رشد نقدینگی باشد، مولدسازی دارایی‌ها است. بنابراین شناسایی موانع و چالش‌های مولدسازی دارایی‌های عمومی دولت می‌تواند نقش بسزائی در تامین منابع موردنیاز دولت از این طریق داشته باشد. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر تلاش دارد تا موانع و چالش‌های مولدسازی دارایی‌های عمومی دولت را مورد مطالعه و بررسی قرار دهد. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به لحاظ روش گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی است. جهت جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش از روش‌های کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران، ذیحسابان و معاونین ذیحساب، حسابرسان ارشد و حسابرسان و حسابداران وزارت امور اقتصادی و دارایی، دیوان محاسبات کشور و سازمان برنامه و بودجه است. برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از نرم افزار‌های spss و excel استفاده شده است. بر اساس یافته‌های بدست آمده نهایتاً 29 مولفه بر مولدسازی دارایی‌های عمومی دولت تاثیر گذار هستند.

one of the actions that can sustainably increase government revenues, without growing the money supply, is making assets productive. so identifying the barriers and challenges to making public assets productive of the government can have a significant role in securing the resources the government needs through this means. based on this, the current research aims to examine the obstacles and challenges of optimizing the government’s public assets. this research is applied in terms of its goal and descriptive in terms of data collection methods, and it is correlational in nature. for gathering information in this research, both library resources and field methods were used. the statistical population of this research includes managers, financial controller and their deputies, senior auditors, and accountants from the ministry of economic affairs and finance, the court of auditors, and the organization of planning and budget. spss and excel software have been used for data analysis. based on the findings, a total of 29 factors affect the making  of public assets productive the government.
