چکیده
|
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر ارزش شرکت با نقش تقلب مالی در شرکت‌های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران بود. بر همین اساس، این پژوهش با تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات مربوط به 67 شرکت نمونه در دوره زمانی 9 ساله از سال‌های 1392 لغایت 1400 بدنبال دستیابی به این هدف بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های مربوطه، رگرسیون توبیت و داده‌های ترکیبی به کار گرفته شد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات نشان داد که مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت به طور مثبت و معنادار بر ارزش شرکت تاثیرگذار است. همچنین، تقلب مالی تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر رابطه بین مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و ارزش شرکت دارد.

Abstract
|
the purpose of present study was to investigate the impact of social responsibility on firm value with role of financial fraud in firms listed in tehran stock exchange. accordingly, this research sought to achieve this goal by analyzing information of 67 sample firms during the period of 9 years from 2013 to 2021. in order to analyze the data, tobit regression and panel data were used. the analysis of the data showed that corporate social responsibility has significantly positive effect on firm value. also, financial fraud has significantly negative effect on the relationship between corporate social responsibility and firm value.
