صیانت از کارکنان فرماندهی کل انتظامی جمهوری اسلامی ایران در اندیشه های فرمانده معظم کل قوا.

زمینه و هدف: میزان موفقیت در صیانت از کارکنان  یکی از موضوعات مهم در فراجا می باشد. منظور از صیانت جلوگیری از ارتکاب تخلف و جرم توسط کارکنان با تکیه بر تقویت عناصر درونی کارکنان و اصلاح و کنترل عوامل محیط درون با توجه به تهدیدات برون سازمانی می باشد. این پژوهش به منطور شناسایی و ارائه مولفه های صیانت از کارکنان فراجا مبتنی بر اندیشه های فرمانده معظم‌ کل قوا انجام شده است.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف،کاربردى و از نظر روش، توصیفی است که با رویکرد کیفى انجام شد. در این پژوهش بیانات، احکام و فرمان‌هاى مقام معظم رهبرى از فرودین سال 1390 تا پایان سال 1402 منبع پژوهش بودند. ابزار جمع‌آورى داده‌ها فیش‌بردارى و روش تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل محتواى کیفى و با رویکرد استقرایى بود. به منظور ارزیابی قابلیت اعتماد پژوهش (پایایی پژوهش) از روش کدگذاردوم استفاده شد و ضریب توافق بین کدگذاران با استفاده از روش هولستى 91/0 به دست آمد.یافته‌ها: براساس یافته‌های پژوهش، ویژگی های صیانت از کارکنان فراجا در اندیشه‌های فرمانده معظم کل قوا در سه مقوله اصلی بینش، نگرش، و کنش و 31 مقوله فرعی  دسته بندی گردید.نتایج: یافته‌‌هاى پژوهش نشان می‌دهد فرمانده معظم کل قوا نگاهی همه جانبه به صیانت از کارکنان در ابعاد بینش، نگرش و کنشی داشته و شناخت مولفه های صیانت از کارکنان در اندیشه های معظم‌له مى‌تواند متناسب با اهداف صیانتی به عنوان راهنمایی مناسب در تدوین و اجرای برنامه ها و اهداف صیانت از کارکنان فراجا بهره برداری شود.

background and purpose: the success rate in the protection of employees is one of the important issues in faraja. the purpose of protection is to prevent violations and crimes by employees by relying on strengthening the internal elements of employees and modifying and controlling the factors of the internal environment with regard to external threats. this research was carried out in order to identify and present the components of the protection of faraja employees based on the ideas of the supreme commander of the armed forces.method: this research is descriptive in terms of purpose, application, and in terms of method, which was carried out with a qualitative approach. in this research, the statements, rulings and decrees of the supreme leader from the beginning of 1390 to the end of 1402 were the source of the research. the tool of data collection was survey and the method of data analysis was qualitative content analysis with inductive approach. in order to evaluate the trustworthiness of the research, the second coder method was used, and the agreement coefficient between the coders was obtained using the holsti method of 0.91.findings: based on the findings of the research, the characteristics of the protection of faraja employees in the thoughts of the supreme commander-in-chief were classified into three main categories of vision, attitude, and action and 31 subcategories.conclusion: the findings of the research show that the supreme commander-in-chief has a comprehensive view of the protection of employees in terms of vision, attitude, and action, and knowing the components of employee protection in the thoughts of his highness can be appropriate to the goals of protection as a suitable guide in formulating and implementing programs. and the objectives of protection of faraja employees.
