بررسی تاثیر نظارت‌های بازرسی قبل، حین و بعد از عمل در عملکرد شغلی فرماندهان و مدیران (مطالعه موردی: استان سیستان و بلوچستان).

زمینه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نظارت‌های بازرسی در سه سطح قبل، حین و بعد از عمل در عملکرد شغلی فرماندهان و مدیران و با تمرکز بر فرماندهان و مدیران فرماندهی مرزبانی استان سیستان و بلوچستان به اجرا در آمده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث گردآوری اطلاعات، پیمایشی است.روش: 122 نفر از فرماندهان رده‌های اجرایی و مدیران ستادی، مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. این پرسشنامه دارای 30 سوال بوده که به شیوه لیکرت طراحی گردیده است. گزینه‌های پاسخ به هر سوال در پنج سطح کیفی در نظر گرفته شده است.  یافته‌ها: روایی پرسشنامه به روش محتوایی انجام گرفت. برای بررسی پایایی پرسشنامه تعداد 20 پرسشنامه بین 20 نفر از جامعه نمونه آماری توزیع گردید و با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها به کمک نرم افزار spss محاسبه و ضریب آلفای کرونباخ 0.95 بدست آمد. با توجه بررسی فرضیه مولفه‌های نظارت و بازرسی قبل از عمل در عملکرد شغلی فرماندهان و مدیران، بالاترین رتبه برگزاری جلسات آگاه‌سازی، توجیه و ارشاد بازرسی و کم‌ترین رتبه را تدوین سامانه نظارت و بازرسی هدفمند به منظور اصلاح فرایندهای غلط و ناکارآمد را داشته است.نتیجه‌‌گیری: آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که هر چند نظارت و بازرسی در حین انجام کار و بعد از انجام کار، مهم و ضروری است؛ اما بازرسی قبل از انجام کار اهمیت بیش‌تری دارد و فرماندهان و روسای دوایر و معاونین باید به این موضوع توجه بیش‌تری نمایند و به نظارت قبل از انجام کار اهمیت بیش‌تری دهند.

investigating the impact of inspection supervisions before, during and after the operation on the job performance of commanders and managers

background and purpose: the present research was carried out with the aim of examining inspection supervisions at three levels before, during and after the operation in the job performance of commanders and managers, focusing on the commanders and managers of the border guard command of sistan and baluchistan province. this research is applied in terms of purpose and survey in terms of gathering information.method: 122 commanders of executive ranks and staff managers were questioned. this questionnaire has 30 questions designed in the likert style. the answer options for each question are considered in five qualitative levels.findings: the validity of the questionnaire was done by content method. to check the reliability of the questionnaire, 20 questionnaires were distributed among 20 people from the statistical sample and calculated using cronbach’s alpha method. the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using spss software and cronbach’s alpha coefficient was 0.95. according to the investigation of the hypothesis of the components of pre-action supervision and inspection in the job performance of commanders and managers, the highest rank was the holding of information sessions, justification and inspection guidance, and the lowest rank was the development of a targeted supervision and inspection system in order to correct wrong and inefficient processes.conclusion: friedman’s test showed that although monitoring and inspection during work and after work is important and necessary; but the inspection before doing the work is more important and the commanders and department heads and deputies should pay more attention to this issue and give more importance to the supervision before doing the work.
