اثربخشی رعایت حقوق شهروندی بر پیشگیری از سوانح هوایی با تاکید بر مسئولیت اجتماعی

زمینه و هدف: شرکت‌های هواپیمایی برای کنترل سوانح هوایی و همچنین ایجاد اعتماد میان افکار عمومی مستلزم رعایت قوانین مربوط به مسئولیت‌اجتماعی در سازمان می باشند. سازمان‌ها زمانی موظف به انجام وظایف خود در خصوص مسئولیت‌اجتماعی می‌باشند که شهروندان از حقوق شهروندی خود آگاهی کاملی داشته باشند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی رعایت حقوق شهروندی بر کنترل سوانح هوایی با نقش میانجی مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی انجام شد.روش: این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تعدادی از کارکنان هواپیمایی‌فراجا تشکیل دادند که با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده تعداد 290 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از سه پرسش‌نامه‌استاندارد حقوق‌شهروندی شریفی و اسلامیه، مسئولیت‌اجتماعی کارول و استیوارتز و پرسش‌نامه کنترل سوانح هوایی امیری استفاده گردید که پایایی و روایی آن با محاسبه آلفای‌کرونباخ و ضریب‌لاوشه و توسط اساتید و خبرگان آشنا به موضوع تایید شد. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزارهای اس‌پی‌اس‌اس و ایموس از طریق روش‌های آمار توصیفی و الگویابی معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: از میان ابعاد حقوق شهروندی به ترتیب بعد حقوق اجتماعی، سیاسی و مدنی بیشترین تبیین‌کنندگی را داشته‌اند. در بین ابعاد مسئولیت اجتماعی سازمان نیز به ترتیب بعد مسئولیت قانونی، اقتصادی، اخلاقی و نوع دوستانه بیشترین تبیین‌کنندگی را داشته‌اند. همچنین در بین ابعاد کنترل سوانح هوایی به ترتیب بعد عوامل محیطی، انسانی، سخت‌افزاری و نرم‌افزاری بیشترین تبیین‌کنندگی را داشته‌اند.نتیجه‌گیری: حقوق شهروندی از طریق متغیر میانجی مسئولیت‌پذیری اجتماعی و به صورت مستقیم، تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر کنترل سوانح هوایی دارد.

effectiveness of observing citizenship rights on the prevention of air accidents with an emphasis on social responsibility

background and purpose: in order to control air accidents and build trust among the public, airlines require compliance the laws related to social responsibility in the organization. organizations are obliged to perform their duties regarding social responsibility when citizens are fully aware of their citizenship rights. the purpose of this research is to examine the effectiveness of observing citizenship rights on air accidents with the mediating role of social responsibility. method: this research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of method. the statistical population of the research was made up of a number of police aviation employees. statistical sample, 290 people have been selected by simple random sampling method. to collect data, three standard questionnaires were used, the reliability and validity of which were confirmed by calculating cronbach’s alpha and lawshe coefficient and by professors and experts familiar with the subject. data were analyzed with spss and amos software through the methods of descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis.findings: among the dimensions of citizenship rights respectively, social rights, political rights, and civil rights have the most explanations. among the dimensions of the organization’s social responsibility respectively, legal responsibility, economic responsibility, moral responsibility, and friendly type responsibility have the most explanations. among the dimensions of air accident control respectively, environmental factors, human factors, hardware factors, and software factors have the most explanations.conclusion: the results show that citizenship rights have a positive and significant effect on the control of air accidents through the mediator variable of social responsibility and directly.
