ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش‌های رشتۀ فرماندهی و مدیریت انتظامی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین (مورد مطالعه: دانش ‌آموختگان دورۀ 27 دانشکده فرماندهی و ستاد)

زمینه و هدف: ارزیابی و بررسی میزان اثربخشی برنامه‌های آموزشی، یکی از مهم‌ترین مراحل برنامه‌ریزی و اجرای دوره‌های آموزشی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش‌های رشتۀ فرماندهی و مدیریت انتظامی دانشگاه علوم انتظامی امین انجام شد.روش: تحقیق ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و برحسب نحوۀ گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق، دانش‌آموختگان دورۀ 27 و فرماندهان آن‌ها هرکدام به تعداد 48 نفر است و از روش نمونه‌گیری به‌صورت تمام شمار استفاده شده است. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسش نامۀ واکنش، رفتار از منظر دانشجویان و فرماندهان استفاده شد. برای ارزیابی یادگیری دانشجویان، نمرات و کارنامه آن‌ها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از روش‌های آماری توصیفی، آزمون کلوموگروف اسمیرنوف و کای اسکوئر و با دو نرم‌افزار spss و pls استفاده شد.یافته‌ها: واکنش دانشجویان نسبت به عناصر برنامۀ آموزشی نشان داد که بیشترین رضایت از برنامه‌ریزی با میانگین 4.23، مجریان با میانگین 4.15 و محتوا با میانگین 4.15 است. میزان رضایتمندی دانشجویان به برنامۀ آموزشی در متغیر کل رضایتمندی (واکنش) بر اساس میانگین 4.09 محاسبه شد، که با اطمینان بیش از 95% می‌توان گفت دانشجویان نسبت به برنامۀ آموزشی ارائه‌شده رضایت برخوردارند. میزان یادگیری دانش‌آموختگان مطلوب بوده است و در خصوص تغییرات عملکردی (رفتاری) ازنظر دانشجویان و فرماندهان می‌توان گفت تغییرات عملکردی (رفتاری) در این بُعد در سطح مطلوبی قرار دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق، دانش‌آموختگان در حوزۀ عملکردی متاثر از سطح یادگیری هستند و در موضوعات و مباحثی که نمره مطلوبی اخذ نموده‌اند، در عمل و اجرا نیز از منظر خود و حتی به‌زعم فرماندهانشان دارای عملکرد مناسبی هستند.

evaluating the effectiveness of education in the field of command and law enforcement management of amin university of law sciences (case study: graduates of the 27th year of the command and staff college)

background and purpose: the present study was conducted with the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of education in the field of command and police management of amin university of police sciencesmethod: the research is a descriptive survey in terms of its practical purpose and in terms of the method of data collection. the statistical population of the graduates of the 27th course and their commanders is 48 people each. to collect data, the questionnaire of satisfaction and behavior from the perspective of students and their commanders was used. to evaluate the students’ learning, their scores and report cards have been examined. descriptive statistical methods, klo-mogrof smirnov and chi-square tests and spss and pls software were used to analyze the data..findings: the degree of satisfaction of the students to the educational program in the total variable of satisfaction (response) was calculated based on the average of 4.09, which can be said with more than 95% confidence that the students are satisfied with the educational program provided. the amount of learning of the students in the courses has been positive and regarding the analysis of functional changes from the point of view of students and commanders, it can be said that the functional changes in this dimension are at a favorable level.conclusion: the performance area of the graduates is affected by the level of learning, and in the subjects and topics that have obtained a favorable score, they have a good performance in practice and implementation from their perspective and even according to their commanders.
