الگوی مهندسی سبک زندگی حرفه ای پلیس های فراجا

زمینه و هدف: سبک زندگی، سبک کنش بر اساس یک فرهنگ خاص ولی قابل‌تشخیص است. سبک زندگی حرفه ای فراجا، خصوصیات ویژه ای از سبک زندگی اسلامی را دارد. اهمیت و ضرورت پرداختن به سبک زندگی در این سازمان به لحاظ جایگاه و قداست شغلی و همچنین الگوپذیری جامعه از آن به‌ عنوان نمایندۀ نظام اسلامی یکی از دغدغه های مهم مسئولین است.روش: روش تحقیق تکاملی است، و در روش شناختی نوآوری دارد. از نظر هدف، کاربردی است و با رویکرد ترکیبی (کیفی توصیفی) انجام پذیرفته است. اعتباریابی الگو بر اساس پرسشنامه‌ ای خودساخت‌یافته به دست آمد. ابعاد و مولفه‌ های سبک زندگی حرفه ای و ارتباط بین آنها از خبرگان اخذ شده، و نظرات آنان توسط نرم‌افزار spss تحلیل و برای آزمون روایی همگرایی در نرم‌افزار smartpls بررسی شده است.یافته‌ها: پس از گردآوری اطلاعات از قواعد الگوسازی با اکتشاف الگو در زندگی حرفه ای لایۀ درون‌ سازمانی پلیس استفاده شد؛ تجزیه‌ و تحلیل اطلاعات با «گمانه‌زنی، گزینش، پردازش» نسبت به ابعاد و مولفه‌ های وصفی الگو، و در مراجعه به عینیت، به تعیین الگوی موضوعی انجامید.نتایج: غنی‌ سازی و اسلامی‌ تر شدن سبک زندگی حرفه ای پلیس از طریق ارتباط با خدا و خود برای خودسازی، در ارتباط با دیگران برای دگرسازی و در ارتباط با محیط برای محیط‌سازی بهتر به ترتیب اولویت نشات می گیرد؛ از سوی دیگر، شناخت ابعاد و مولفه های این الگو در سطوح مختلف درون‌ سازمانی، و ایجاد ارتباط میان این ابعاد به اکتشاف یک الگوی مهندسی ‌شده در سبک زندگی حرفه‌ ای فراجا می‌ انجامد.

background and purpose: lifestyle, style of action is based on a specific but recognizable culture. the professional lifestyle of faraja has special characteristics of the islamic lifestyle, and the importance and necessity of addressing the lifestyle in this organization in terms of the position and sanctity of the job, as well as the society’s imitation of it as a representative of the islamic system, is one of the concerns. it is important for those in charge.method: the research method is evolutionary, and has methodological innovation. in terms of practical purpose, it has been done with a combined (qualitative-descriptive) approach. validation of the model with a self-constructed questionnaire, the dimensions and components of professional lifestyle and the relationship between them were obtained from experts, and their opinions were analyzed by spss software and checked for convergence validity test in smartpls software.findings: after collecting information from the rules of pattern making, pattern discovery has been done in the professional life of the internal level of the police organization; analyzing information by &guessing, selecting, processing& in relation to the dimensions and descriptive components of the pattern, and referring to objectivity, leads to the determination of the subject pattern.concluosion: enriching and becoming more islamic the professional life style of the police originates through communication with god and oneself for self-improvement, in communication with others for transformation, and in communication with the environment for environmental improvement, in the order of priority; on the other hand, by knowing the dimensions and components of this model at different levels within the organization, and by establishing a relationship between these dimensions, it leads to the discovery of an engineered model in faraja’s professional lifestyle.
