پیشگیری از وقوع جرم خودزنی در بین کارکنان وظیفه نیروهای مسلح

زمینه و هدف: پیشگیری از وقوع جرم خودزنی در بین کارکنان وظیفه در استقرار نوعی نظام یکپارچه رفتاری و انضباطی در محیط پادگان در زمان خدمت وظیفه عمومی؛ نقش موثر و بارزی را ایفا نماید. هدف این مقاله پیشگیری از وقوع جرم خودزنی در بین کارکنان وظیفه و پرداختن به مسائل و مشکلات رفتاری و عوامل جرم زای آنان می باشد .روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، و از نظر روش، توصیفی تحلیلی است داده ها با استفاده از مطالعه کتابخانه ای و از طریق فیش برداری و رجوع به منابع حقوقی و اسناد درون سازمانی تهیه و مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.یافته ها: در این پژوهش مولفه های مورد بررسی در متغییر مستقل(عوامل درون سازمانی و برون سازمانی) به یک نسبت بر متغییر وابسته یعنی خودزنی کارکنان وظیفه تاثیر بسزایی دارند عوامل فردی، اجتماعی، موقعیتی و رفاهی با کیفیت زندگی سربازان در حین خدمت نقش مهمی در پیشگیری از خودزنی دارد و به ترتیب اولویت اتخاذ تدابیر پیشگیرانه، آموزش، مشاوره و افزایش سطح بهداشت روانی کارکنان وظیفه، نظارت بر رفتار مدیران و مسئولان مدخل به عنوان تدابیر موثر در کنترل علل تسهیل کننده اثر مستقیم و زودبازدهی در پیشگیری از جرم خودزنی در میان سربازان وظیفه دارد.نتیجه گیری: مسائل و موضوعات مدیریتی ناشی از تعامل فرماندهان و سربازان با یکدیگر و همچنین آموزشهای ویژه به فرماندهان درخصوص نحوه برخورد با سربازان و اقدامات حمایتی از نظر تقویت فکری و آموزشهای فرهنگی، توسعه معنویت و اصلاح رفتارهای فردی سربازان در پیشگیری از وقوع جرم خودزنی کارکنان وظیفه نقش مهمی را ایفاء می نماید بنابراین باید اقدامات جدی و مناسب جهت به حداقل رساندن افکار خودزنی در سربازان توسط مسئولین ذیربط صورت گردد.

Preventing the crime of self-injury among the conscripts of the armed forces

Background and Aim: preventing the crime of selfinjury among the conscripts when on duty plays an effective and significant role in establishing an integrated behavioral and disciplinary system in the military environments. The purpose of this article is to prevent the occurrence of selfinjury crime among conscripts and to address behavioral issues and problems and their criminal factors.Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptiveanalytical in terms of method. The data were prepared and evaluated using library study through collecting fiche cards and referring to legal sources and intraorganizational documents.Results: The results showed that intraorganizational and extraorganizational factors have a significant effect on selfinjury among the conscripts. Individual, social, situational, welfare factors along with the quality of life of conscripts while serving play an important role in preventing selfinjury. Regarding controlling the facilitating causes to this crime and in order of priority, adopting preventive measures, teaching, counseling and increasing the level of mental health of conscripts, and supervising the behavior of managers and officials have a direct effect and quick return.Conclusion: Management issues and problems arising from the interaction of commanders and conscripts as well as special training for commanders on how to deal with conscripts and supportive measures in terms of intellectual strengthening and cultural training, spiritual development and correction of individual behaviors of conscripts play an important role in preventing the crime of selfinjury in the conscripts. Therefore, serious and appropriate measures should be taken by the officials to minimize the thoughts of selfinjury in the conscripts.
