شایستگی های فرماندهان مراکز آموزش عالی نیروهای مسلح

این پژوهش با هدف دستیابی به شایستگی‌های فرماندهان مراکز آموزش عالی انجام شد. پس از مطالعه و بررسی آیات، روایات و بیانات فرمانده معظم کل قوا (مدظله‌العالی) مولفه های الگو طبقه‌بندی شد. این تحقیق ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی است. برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی استنباطی استفاده‌ شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش 120 نفر از فرماندهان، مدیران، کارشناسان و پژوهشگران نیروهای مسلح جمهوری اسلامی ایران هستند که تعداد نمونه آماری با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 92 نفر تعیین شد که به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار این پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ محقق ساخته است که به منظور گرفتن نظر صاحبنظران فرستاده شد. پس از دریافت و اعمال نظرها، الگوی اصلاح شده برای اعتباریابی نهایی در اختیار 110 نفر از صاحبنظران قرار گرفت و در مجموع 88 پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. روایی این پرسشنامه بر اساس فرمول ضریب لاوشه 9/0 و پایایی آن برابر آلفای کرونباخ 95/0 است. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که این الگو پنج عامل دارد که بر اساس آزمون فریدمن به ترتیب عبارت است از: شایستگی‌های ارزشی، حرفه‌ای، تخصصی، جهادی و سازمانی. هم‌چنین نتایج نشان داد که سنجه روحیه انقلابی بین سنجه‌های دیگر (کل الگو) بیشترین و سنجه رعایت ایمنی و اقدامات تامینی کمترین اهمیت را دارد.

Qualifications of commanders of higher education centers of the Armed Forces

This study was conducted with the aim of achieving the competencies of the commanders of higher education centers. After studying the verses, narrations and statements of the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces (Modzaleh AlAali), the components of the model were classified. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method. Inferential descriptive statistics have been used to analyze the data. The statistical population of this study is 120 commanders, managers, experts and researchers of the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran. The number of statistical samples was determined using Cochran’’’’s formula of 92 people who were purposefully selected. The tool of this research is a researchermade questionnaire that was sent to get the opinion of experts. After receiving and applying the opinions, the modified model was given to 110 experts for final validation and a total of 88 questionnaires were collected. The validity of this questionnaire based on the formula of Lauche coefficient is 0.9 and its reliability is equal to 0.95 Cronbach’’’’s alpha. The results showed that this model has five factors, which according to Friedman test are: value, professional, professional, jihadi and organizational competencies, respectively. The results also showed that the measure of revolutionary spirit is the most important among other measures (the whole model) and the measure of safety and security measures is the least important.
